We really enjoyed our stay at Breezy Acres! The place has a history and the hosts are happy to share it. The rooms are big and clean. The breakfast is awesome, and I couldn't get enough of those freshly-made muffins with macadamia nuts and dried pineapple. Luckily, there are hiking trails that start right at the farm. We hope to...

My wife and I enjoyed our recent stay at Breezy Acres. Joyce and David are wonderful hosts - warm, hospitable and accommodating. The room was extra clean and nicely appointed. We loved our breakfasts, especially the amazing home-made muffins:) We highly recommend this B&B and will definitely return next year.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at the Breezy Acres Farm Bed & Breakfast! Our hosts were warm, hospitable and very friendly - their home is absolutely beautiful and well taken care of. We had delicious breakfast both mornings we were there with homemade muffins, fresh fruit, warm coffee and great conversation. We stayed in the blue room,...

Breezy Acres is a small farm B&B in the Delaware County of the Catskills. Gorgeous, authentic, historic area. We were there for a wedding at Maple Shade Farm and found this place to be extremely welcoming, fastidiously clean, unpretentious and fortunately, comfy beds. Excellent value and yummy breakfast. The owners have lived here for decades and know how to give...

The home was clean, the room was newly renovated, the hosts were warm and friendly (and intelligent)--which made for good conversation at breakfast--and the breakfast was tasty and made with love. Don't miss out on the amazing coffee-crumb cake! There's not much else to say, than that.

My husband and I had a great time staying here recently for a wedding at the Stone Tavern Farm. Joyce was a wonderful host. Was happy to let us do our own thing but was warm and friendly to talk to at breakfast when we engaged with her. Breakfast was delicious (ask for the AMAZING coffee cake!). We enjoyed just...

What a charming place! The grounds and home are spotless and tastefully appointed, with plenty of room for relaxing. The friendly owners made us feel welcome, somehow striking the balance between being hospitable and leaving us in peace that we all want when we travel. A good night's sleep and good homemade food, just a couple miles from Hobart, the...

We were in the area for a wedding, not expecting too much in terms of excitement. But Joyce and Dave were the most gracious hosts EVER! Dave took us on a personally guided 4wd drive tour of their property, which was an experience we will never forget. We got to hear about their farms and how the local community comes...

Joie and David Barber have a wonderful property, beautiful view on the shaded porch out front across Rt 10 to some of their fields, or a beautiful sitting patio out back. The house is comfortable and friendly, their company was a great addition to the nice weekend I'd come upstate NY for a wedding. Breakfasts were not only delicious, but...
