Ted and Terry were great hosts, as were their dogs - Irish and Patrick. Not sure you could ask for a more scenic location on Seneca Lake. Ted made excellent breakfasts each morning. You can walk the hill up the back of the property and into the vineyards for a very scenic view of the lake. It's an 1837 farmhouse,...

We enjoyed our three night stay here. Our first impression was not positive as the building could use a coat of paint. However, it is very well maintained and very clean. If you like dogs you will love the two black labs which live here. They are friendly and eager to join you on a walk of the property. Breakfasts...

A wonderful experience at Magnolia Place, comfy beds in beautiful rooms. Breakfasts with Ted and Terri are fun and delicious! We were in the lake room which has an amazing view and the verandah was perfect for morning coffee!

Could not have asked for a more relaxing weekend. Ted and Terry were very warm and accommodating. They could not have treated us any nicer! Breakfast was a delight and waking up to the view was a wonderful way to begin the day. The area is just beautiful and full of so much to do. The inns location kept us...

This is our second visit to Magnolia place. Ted and Teresa are wonderful hosts. They do have two dogs now, an older one and a puppy. Both are very friendly. Breakfast is amazing. We stayed in the Lilac suite this stay and the room was perfect. The bed was a little on the high side but great otherwise.

We spent two nights off season and not a weekend so were the only guests. Terri and Ted were perfect hosts. Quiet and peaceful environment, comfy beds and great, healthy breakfasts. We even got to walk the dog Irish.

My DH and I stayed at the Magnolia during the Spring Wine and Cheese event on Seneca Lake the weekend of April 22-24. We should have stayed the whole weekend instead of just Friday night. Ted and Irish provide us with a warm welcome and a tour of the Magnolia. We were in the Magnolia Suite and found the room...

My husband and I just returned from a lovely weekend at MP. This was our first time to a bed and breakfast and it did not disappoint! Ted and Terri were friendly and accommodating. The breakfasts that Ted cooked and served were delicious! We visited during the "off season" so there was only one other couple staying at MP with...
