I recently spent a night at Rosehaven and had a wonderful stay. We arrived late at night and our key and information was left at the door. It was easy to find. The grounds are very beautiful, but super dark at nighttime. All the rooms have a fireplace, which is very quaint and lovely. The bathroom was clean, the bed...

Had a great stay at Rosehaven! Stayed for one night while we skied Hunter Mountain. Gorgeous house and rooms. Great breakfast and lovely hosts. Very peaceful and romantic. Terrific location 10 mins from the mountain. We'll be back!

Kelly and her husband really did an outstanding job with the Inn. It feels very home-y, and my boyfriend and I just loved the vibe. When we got back from dinner (they suggested a delicious restaurant), we played chess in the living room. The gorgeous wallpaper and the lighting made it feel very classy and special. Rosehaven is the perfect...

Over Labor Day weekend my wife and I took our first trip to the Catstill Mountains. Because there’s a lot to do there, we wanted to find a place to stay that was centrally located and reasonably priced. The Rosehaven Inn checked both boxes. Right at the top of Hunter Mountain, it’s the perfect location to get to nearby hiking...

I want to thank from the bottom of my heart for the most amazing experience at the inn. It was extremely clean, comfortable and the breakfast went above and beyond anything we expected. We felt at home there. The hosts were marvelous! We were treated like family. We had a zip line appointment at 8:30 so we would miss the...

Breakfasts are a real feast with a nice view and happen in a very friendly setting. The inn is beautifully decorated and furnished with real taste (renovated...

Perfect location for exploring the Catskills - close to the zip wire in Hunter Mountain, the Kaaterskill Falls, and good places to eat in Tannersville. Rosehaven Inn is charming, clean and welcoming thanks to Kelly, the owner, who was very helpful with advice on where to eat and hike. We stayed here two nights in room three which is very...

We were lucky to get a room at the last minute. Staying here made our weekend in the Catskills excellent. Kelly was very helpful and generous with her advice on the area, including the most scenic drive back. We enjoyed the stopover in Woodstock. Breakfast was delicious and the place was beautiful and immaculate. The wrap around porch is great...

I cannot say enough good things about the Rosehaven Inn. The rooms are gorgeously appointed and you can't go wrong with any of them. It is located in a quiet, serene, wooded area—perfect for a get-away of any kind. I went solo for a midweek recharge and couldn't have asked for better. Kelly, the owner was generous and warm and...

Cannot say enough great things about this B&B. Stayed there Kelly was extremely friendly and warm, and her cooking was par excellence! Her scones were incredible. She was great in helping us find things to do in the area. Stayed in room #3, which has a fireplace and a hot tub. Everything was nice and homey and clean, and the...
