This was my first trip to Flushing/Queens. I have been many times to Manhattan, Bronx, and Brooklyn. I found Flushing/Queens to be very different, very Asian and really enjoyed the difference. This hotel is Asian owned and staffed. The staff were exceptionally respectful, tactful, and helpful. I felt safer than usual for NYC area. Very clean.Nice breakfast area and the...

The so called breakfast buffet needs great improvement. Also need softer pillows. It was very hard to get good sleep with the very firm pillows. Front desk staff needs better costumer service training and more training on their computer system. Also, why is there no upper management there for days at a time? Claudia and Donald were very incompetent. Could...

Very modern and chic hotel, right next to LGA and the flushing neighborhoods for shopping. It's currently under renovations but there are restaurants, massage parlor, and pharmacy inside the hotel. Beds are comfortable and the breakfast is upstairs on the rooftop. Make sure not to take any food upstairs or they'll charge you.

Last night my boyfriend and I checked into the hotel. We had traveled from CT and were staying the night as my boyfriend had a very early flight out of LGA this morning. When my boyfriend left in the morning (4:00 am), he did NOT check out. He specifically did not do this as I was still sleeping and was...

Terrible!!!!! I'm not going to write a whole book about this scammy hotel but will say the important things. * First we get charged more than planned * Then we waited almost 3 hours at the airport after midnight so we had to take a cab to the hotel since apparently they no longer work with airport shuttles, which they...

The Hotel du Point worked out really well for me for my short trip to NYC. The building is nondescript from the outside, and a little tricky to find the checkin lobby, but my king bed room was spacious with high ceilings, big bathroom with great pressure and hot shower, black out curtains and an efficient heating and cooling that...

I have to begin with parking , they have a large amount of spots and it's free ! The entrance is a bit confusing but once you enter the elevator the signs tell you where you need to go. ( pressing H2 gets you to the main lobby) I checked in around 5pm on Saturday, the staff were super friendly...

Even though we asked for it, our room wasnt clean for two days. And even when they did, they left long hair on the bathroom and in the bed. Besides, it was freezing cold. There was a thermostat in the room, but it didnt work. Could ruin your trip. Do not go.

Overall, the hotel is nice. It is clean, functional. It's far away from the city but I knew that when booking my stay. The great disappointment, however, is the breakfast. It is served on plastic plates with plastic cutlery. You are expected to spread butter straight out of the fridge with a plastic knife, which is as bendy as a...

I wanted to love this hotel. It's really pretty on the inside, and on both visits, we found the rooms to be beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The amenities, such as free parking, wi-fi, etc., save you a lot of money. But here is one problem. If you arrive late, their computers reset at 3:30 am. You lose your room. We...
