There was while we were there, but it was questionable. It simply consisted of some sort of rolls, coffee, not much else. It was upstairs in a rather strange little space. We had to hunt for plastic forks and spoons in the little storage area. The funny thing is, that when we were there the staff made a point of reminding us there was breakfast.
