Purchased a groupon deal and it expired June 2016. They were nice enough to still accept it. We went for high tea. Plenty of food for two people. My only complaint is that the sandwiches had soggy bread on the bottom. I don't know how far in advance they make them but it was gross. Might give it another try....

Stayed here for three nights during the summer. The hotel has a very nice atmosphere with cool design and very friends staff. We had dinner in the restaurant and the food was nice with a good variety of dishes on the menu. They have bikes available that you can borrow for the beach.

I stayed at the Maidstone in the Karen Blixen room recently, which was a lovely and luxurious experience. The hotel looks very traditional Eew England from the outside, but once inside there's stunning photo art and some of the best of Scandinavian furniture design, with exquisite Josef Frank pattern and Svenskt Tenn pieces that gives a sense of a warm,...

The Maidstone is a veritable paradise - I have never had such a lovely stay in the Hamptons in my life! The decor is so eclectic and chic, the restaurant and bar are delicious and inviting, and everyone that works there is so helpful and warm. And may I please take a moment to discuss the bed??? It was a...

We spent three nights at the Maidstone, and while we had a great time in East Hampton we were first puzzled, then appalled, by the poor service at the Maidstone. The building is nice, if a little down-at-the-heels--worn rugs, a bad, musty, odor in one of the dining areas, lots of old wet cartons and random junk scattered around the...

I have traveled halfway around the world staying in places as varied as castles in Scotland, to the Le Richemond overlooking Lake Geneva and The Hotel Casino Carrasco in Montevideo, Uruguay. NOW, my new favorite hotel is The Maidstone. The jewel on the hill in East Hampton. The Maidstone, from its Northern European sense of design flair to its relaxing...

This was my first stay at the hotel and from the second I set my eyes on it, I knew I was in for a treat. The front porch was so welcoming and well designed, I wouldn't have been disappointed if they'd told me it was where I was spending the night, but steps inside, it only got more amazing....

We recently stayed here for a few days. The Maidstone is a cute, but spacious, Hampton Like House. All the buildings are from the 1800s but recently renovated. The hotel offers chairs and towels for you to take to the beach. The hotel itself is only a 10 minute walk from Main Beach. Or, alternatively, about 10 minutes from the...
