Thanks so much! We loved having you and would love to have you back!
A wonderful location, setting, and everything you could possibly need in a beautiful suite. The B&B's owners' attention to detail makes for a relaxing stay. This little gem won't disappoint. Lakefront serenity awaits!

Thank you for your review. We are happy you enjoy Sunrise Landing and Seneca Lake as much as we do.
Had a great stay with Barb and Bob. They outlet have been more accommodating. Breakfast was amazing! The use of the dock and kayak were really nice. Stayed in the downstairs suite which was spacious with a great bed. The view was spectacular.
I met my wife here for an overnight stay on June 29 when she was attending an art workshop in the area. The property is modern, not historic but its very nicely done and tucked back into the woods on the West shore of Seneca...More
This is not your typical old fashioned Victorian B & B. Sunrise Landing is a beautiful, modern establishment that sits right on Seneca Lake. Our hosts could not have been more gracious. Our room was spacious and very well maintained. Stocked mini fridge in room....More

The Sunflower bedding is in very good condition and reported by guests to be very comfortable. We use high quality, silky soft Comphy Sheets. The sofa and chairs are in good condition and the sofa is a pull-out sofa bed with a deluxe mattress which is firmer than most sofa bed mattresses so that sleepers are comfortable and don't feel the bar - which is typically the complaint about most sofa beds. The wicker swing is still there and in good condition. The cushion is fine in comfort but is a bit faded - and a new one is ordered. Yes, there are stairs down to the lake. They are not straight down - there are two landings with benches at each point. We have 200 feet of rocky waterfront and we provide water shoes for guests should they want to go into the water. We have a paddle boat and two kayaks for guests to use and Adirondack chairs to sit on, out on the large dock. There is a winding road down to our property - used by just a few other residents but primarily by our guests. It its a great walk up through the woods and the steeper parts provide a great workout. Watkins Glen (just over 9 miles away) is a great walking town with several shops, many restaurants, and a beautiful waterfront and park. Watkins Glen also boasts one of the most popular state parks with its breathtaking gorge and waterfalls. There are other trails in the park as well. The Catherine Valley Trail - also beginning in Watkins Glen is another great walking trail and not too far from us in the other direction - is the Keuka Outlet Trail. I appreciate your interest and I hope this answers all of your questions. If not, please get back to me again.
