This is really THE best value in Cooperstown. You can't beat the location: it's in the heart of downtown, a block away in one direction is the Hall of Fame and a block away in the other direction is the field. The property is modest, although very cozy. The surrounding inns are much grander, but boy do you pay for...

Mid week stay in October. Can't beat the location, close to the Hall of Fame and downtown restaurants. Room and inn seem tired. Shower stall was "coffin" small. Room was good size. Breakfast was okay with hot food.

Old historical building that shows it's age. The big advantage with the Inn is the location to everything you need to see in Cooperstown. The manager and staff were very friendly and accommodating. Though the Inn is old and not ADA (Historical) it is clean and has what you need. The included breakfast buffet is passable but not superb however...

We stayed here over a weekend in Oct. to visit the baseball hall of fame. This hotel is a perfect location. We were a block away from the hall of fame and we were right in the center of town. The rooms were clean and cozy. If you go in the winter they use steam heat and it just makes...

Historic place. The place is old, but very clean. The rooms are good size with refrig and coffee maker. The bathroom is small, but the place was built before bathrooms were in every room. Bed was comfortable. You can't beat the location for a trip to the Hall of Fame and the price is extremely reasonable. The town itself is...

Not being a fan of B&B's, this place is a perfect reason why. Booked a king room on the main floor and paid half the cost up front (paid in March for a Sept. stay!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!). Not really impressed. First floor means up 6 large steps to get to the room, with no assistance offered. The man that checked us in...

My last visit to the Tunnicliff was about 20+ years ago, it hasn't changed. The central location can't be beat. The room (217) was spacious and clean, if not a little cluttered. The shower was very small but adequate. The breakfast buffet had enough variety of hot and cold items. It is a good value for the money. My only...

We were aware prior to our stay that the Tunnicliff Inn was an old building with squeaky and uneven floors and small bathrooms. We accepted this in return for the excellent location and the very good rating given by this site. What we weren't aware of when we arrived was that there was a very noticeable mildew/mold smell throughout the...

This 17 room inn, opened in 1802, has all you need to visit the Hall of Fame. It's location on Pioneer St. Is a 2 mt walk from the Hall on Main St. The inn has all modern conveniences such as AC in the rooms and WiFi in the lobby. Our room had all one needs (TV, DVD player, etc.)...

Check-in was friendly and helpful. We felt this historic inn had old world charm. Our room, the Council Rock Executive King Room, on the first floor level, was well-decorated, spacious and comfortable. The bathroom with shower was small, but adequate and clean. When our flatscreen TV would not turn on, the problem was remedied by a visit from the manager...
