This is an old fashioned motel. What you see is what you get when you pull into the drive way. No frills at all. We checked in and went to the Baseball Hall of Fame (which took less than 3 hours) slept and left Cooperstown in the AM. The room was $150 and NOT worth it.

This is a no frill motel, but it is clean. Sink was situation separate from the toilet and shower which I found kind of strange. This is a good place to stay if you just need to stay overnight and is very close to downtown Cooperstown. I would bring a wife or girlfriend here, kind of place you stay overnight...

I got this motel at half the price of the national chains down the street and some of the name brand hotels in Oneonta. This review takes the price into account. Two recommendations: 1. Bring bottled water. The water out of the sink had a slight brownish tint and I was not going to use that to brush my teeth....

The Red Carpet Inn is a clean, neat, simple, fairly priced motel very close to Cooperstown. We were very pleased when we arrived and decided to spend an extra night because one day in the area just wasn't enough. The Continental breakfast is just a starter but the coffee was good and the apples fresh. For the money we were...

This motel is around 3 miles out of Cooperstown and a good priced motel for exploring the HOF. The rooms are cleand and tidy and offered a good nights rest after a long day on your feet. As motels go this was a good standard. We had to drive into town for dinner as there were not too many choices...

The Red Carpet Inn filled the bill for our night's stay in Cooperstown. No frills, but the bed and shower were good. The TV was big and had lots of channels. A good place for our short visit that didn't break the bank.

The Red Carpet is a good upstate hotel. We came to Cooperstown for the Belgian Beer Fetival at Ommegang Brewery. The location of the hotel is great. 10 minutes south of town and what should be 10 minutes to Ommegang. It currently isnt because a truck took out the local bridge. The room is clean and neat and the bed...

We were very surprised to see the condition of the room at this price point. It is a great location (with a fine seafood restaurant right across the street---Yum Yum Shack) but shoddy quality. The mattresses are poor, saggy. The toilet seat slipped to one side every time you sat down; we nearly ran out of toilet paper (they neglected...

My son and I came to Cooperstown to experience Baseball Heaven! Red Carpet Suites met all our needs: large flat screen TV; free WiFi; refrigerator for our beer; clean. If you are looking for a romantic get away, then this is not your place - this is Cooperstown - the home of Baseball! I will gladly book here again and...

We stayed in Room #1 and it must not have been used or opened for months. The spiders were everywhere. Room #1 is next to the stairway and is very loud with tromp, tromp, tromp. The window at the foot of the bed looks out to the vending machine area with its neon lights. This is where the extra blanket...
