I was quite impressed of the place. The view, but i think they need to have renovation because it looks old. Their bathrooms looks 1900s, also their equipments. Their pool is wide, the kids will surely love it. But all in all its fine.

The great staff makes up for the hotel's dated appearance. Their bathroom needs renovation and their elevator always has a weird smell. Their buffet breakfast though was good. It has enough selection. The hotel is near a lot of good establishment which was a good bonus too.

Newly renovated rooms on one wing so no more musty carpet and stained wallpaper. Staff very accommodating and Chef even made pancakes for the kids because they don't want to eat anything off the breakfast buffet. Affordable. And kid friendly.

We regularly visit this place during its prime years (15-16yrs ago) and it was the BEST place to visit at that time. Now, it looks like there was no life.. The lobby was not well lighted, the elevator has a smell, the room's wallpaper is really needs changing. And, the bed skirts had a huge hole on it. My husband... More

I was here for a week on business this month. The good: Variety of good eats nearby, including The Urban Deli across the road, and at Harbor Point Mall ten minutes walk away (100 PHP by taxi). The pools are beautiful and uncrowded generally, but the hotel itself is tired and in desperate need of refurbishment. The room was spacious... More

This is not an accommodation review, but simply a recount of my good dining experience at SBYC. On our way to Bataan, instead of going straight to Roman Highway from SCTEX Dinalupihan Exit, we took a side trip to Subic Bay and ended up having breakfast at SBYC. We did not stay in the hotel, but simply walk in to... More

We visited the SBYC to confirm the reviews we had seen posted. Our driver pulled up to the front and we were immediately greeted by the porter/valet looks good we thought. We walked into the lobby to find the heat stifling and large fans placed around reception area. I asked porter about a/c and was told it had been down... More
