Tried the restaurant for the first time. We had a very friendly greeting and were shown to our table the service was first rate and very attentive. The menu was a very tradition Sunday lunch with plenty of choice. The ambiance of the restaurant was just right. The food arrived nicely presented and of great quality, with extra vegetables were...

We arrived here for a short weekend, to enjoy some quality time. The athmosphere, the front garden and steak pie was amazing. The room is nice and clean, staff are attentive, but not in your face, the whole place is quiet and relaxed, the feelings of the weeks' rush quickly left us. Simply put: good to be here.

Brilliant Service, accommodation and food and a lovely atmosphere. A very varied menu is provided and all the staff are very supportive and friendly. The pub is based in a quiet country village with close links with Shakespeare.

We had a family weekend away in Straford-upon-avon and all stayed at the Blue Boar for a night in July 2016 (a 10 mins drive from Stratford). We arrived in the afternoon and after going for a little investigation to the nearby villages, we sat in the little patio area outside in the sun enjoying some drinks and reading the...
