Lincklaen House has an experienced, professional staff with a heart for hospitality. In every stage of planning the wedding, they were there with advice and solutions. The venue was historic yet cozy and comfortable, almost like having the wedding in an elegant home but with out any of the headaches. The food was delish!!! The food choices ran the gambit...

The best thing to do before you decide to stay here is to determine whether you are the kind of person who is ok with renting a room with drafty windows, broken blinds, a small bathroom and outdated furniture, blankets, pillows, and beds. Our room on the second floor could use some remodeling. I worried about breathing in all the...

Beautiful old inn that is like stepping back in time. Two restaurants and old time bar. We ate downstairs twice and had great meals, great service at a great price. Inn can be a little noisy depending on your room and does not have an elevator, which is common for this type of establishment. I would stay here again if...

As others have noted, this is an historic hotel so dont expect modern power showers or glass enclosures. What you get is a pretty hotel with loads of character and friendly staff. No lift so if you have heavy bags you may need help. The bedroom was roomy with a lovely high bed with comfortable mattress. Bathroom is functional but...

We were expected our stay at the Lincklaen to be a quiet relaxing weekend at a classic old hotel in Cazenovia. Pros - The downstairs dining rooms etc. are what you would expect from a classic hotel, very nice. - Dinner at the restaurant was very good, we had the Filet and NY strip steak. - The check in staff...

Lincklaen House is a lovely, well-maintained and well-appointed historical hotel. Stepping into the lobby is like stepping back in time.... on a grand scale. Grand rooms, grand staircases, grand windows, but with an atmosphere of casual elegance. The staff were helpful and friendly, and in-house dining was superb. A very nice continental breakfast is included in the price of the...

Enjoy an evening of relaxed dining in an inn where President and Mrs. Grover Cleveland and John D. Rockefeller visited. This is an elegant inn, steeped in tradition and history. It also has a very fine chef who prepares excellent dinners. We recently enjoyed an evening at the Lincklaen House, a gracious and comfortable experience. The menu provided an excellent...

Another family party to celebrate another grandson's First Communion! We had a lovely luncheon in the dining room behind the main dining room. A truly charming room for family and friends to gather. Once again, Mary Margaret outdid herself. Food was wonderful from start to finish and her attention to detail is amazing. This time we were also able to...

We stayed here while visiting the area. The room was spacious and well appointed and only one flight up a beautiful staircase (no elevators). It is in the heart of downtown and there are many shops and restaurants within walking distance. Price was very reasonable, especially for the area. Only major drawback is parking, which is almost a block away...
