Just finished a three day trip to this club to golf with buddies. We have been doing this annually for many years. Very disappointed with the policies that the new owners have put in place. It seems that they don't really want golfers to vacation there but are focused on weddings. If your looking for a location for a golf...

The resort changed owners since last year. We have been going to this resort every spring for almost 30 years for A large goof tournament with 90 plus people spending lots of money to be there and this year we were met with nothing but disrespect. They didn't notify us that we couldn't pay cash before we got there, so...

The owners at this facilty are brutal. The wife is the wicked witch of New York. The golf course is great, the staff are great but owners should not be involved. Very disappointed with new owners hard to deal with. 27 years we have been coming here and never again.

Bristol Harbour is absolutely stunning. The view is spectacular. I stayed in what was called the cottages. Beautiful room two bedrooms, beautiful balcony gorgeous views of Canandaigua lake. The atmosphere is what makes this place! Honestly, the hotel staff is an overly friendly. There's just not a friendly vibe there, is if they could care if you were there or...

We attended a family wedding here, and the staff did an amazing job making everything wonderful. The setting was gorgeous, the food was wonderful, the rooms were cozy. Special kudos to the restaurant, which served the most amazing onion soup I've ever had.

Absolutely delicious dinner at Bristol Harbour on December 3, 2016. Atmosphere warm and welcoming. Service excellent and the food was wonderful. Seafood fondue not to be missed! My husband and I liked the choices of two sides. Beef was fantastic as well. We will be back often.

What a great location! We often come for brunch or to sit and sip a glass of wine and enjoy the view from the restaurant/terrace. The decor in the lodge and rooms is rustic Adirondack-style, with all the comforts of home. Love the heated floors in the bathroom! Dining...well, that's not as great. A great chef is needed so the...

My husband surprised me with an overnight trip to the Bristol Harbor Lodge. We had reservations for a romantic anniversary dinner in their restaurant as well as staying overnight in a water view room. When we arrived, we found that they had not booked us the package that my husband requested. They were able t remedy that fairly quickly. We...

I will start with the pros. Recently renovated and under new ownership. Rustic interior. Beautiful grounds and views of the lake. Nice golf course. Rooms are rustic, have large flat screen TV's, desks, comfortable king size beds, free wifi, ironing boards and iron, frig and gas fireplace. Thick towels. Cons: we stayed here for 5 days and not once was...
