My wife and I really enjoyed our visit to Brookton Hollow Farm B&B. Our host was warm and welcoming, while also allowing our privacy. The home was spotless and cozy and the property is peaceful, green, and well maintained. The breakfast was delicious, healthy, and filling. (It included vegetarian ingredients, which we much appreciated.) Downtown Ithaca is just a few...

My stay at Brookton Hollow Farm B&B was short but just what I needed. I'd definitely go back there again. The house is full of glowing woodwork, interesting art on the walls, and comfortable, unfussy furnishings. The bed was super comfortable, the room and bath were spick and span, and breakfast was light and delicious. The innkeeper, Debbie, was welcoming...

We loved staying at this B&B for the comfortable artistic home and the warm and welcoming owner. Debby, the owner, is helpful and friendly without being intrusive- for example she gave us hiking maps for the Finger Lake Trails and we had stimulating conversations about the challenges of farming, photography, and food. The room we stayed in, as is the...

The house is rarely minimalist, elegant and clean. No clutter, no oversweetened decoration. And it retains the spirit of a home. As a guest, you will feel at home here. The owner's hospitality and care are exceptional, and breakfasts... to die for. Even if you have several allergies, there will always be a solution. There is also a large garden...

My husband and I spent 2 nights at this beautiful B & B and would have loved to stay longer. The house is beautiful with exquisite wood work all through it. Our room (Joshua's Room) was clean, spacious and had a very comfortable queen size bed. Debby, our hostess, was wonderful! Every suggestion she gave us turned out to be...

My wife and I visit Ithaca almost yearly. It holds a special place in our heart. We absolutely loved our stay here. The room was gorgeous and the hostess was amazing. For me, it was very special to meet Debby. She is such an interesting person and getting to know her made our stay there so much more special. I...

My husband and I had the good fortune to stay in Joshua's room for a long weekend. Our queen bed was very comfortable, the linens were equally comfortable, a hand-sewn quilt and high quality sheets. The inn itself sits very quietly in a hollow (makes sense) so there was no noise whatsoever. We slept wonderfully. Our homemade breakfasts were fresh...

I've been to a lot of B&B's. The successful ones strike a balance between hospitality and privacy; you have the sense you're 'at home' without feeling like an intruder. Brookton Hollow Farm B&B strikes this balance. We went there for two days of hiking near Ithaca and felt welcomed as if we were friends of the family. The house is...

We have been visiting Brookton Hollow for several years, first for the college road trip, then as our first choice when our daughter became a Cornell student. Debby's copious vegetarian breakfasts are delicious - especially the homemade granola! Our accommodations are clean and comfortable. The house is eco-friendly and beautifully constructed - no creaky floors here! And my husband loves...

The 2 nights I stayed at Brookton Hollow Farm B&B were wonderful, despite a torrential rain storm. The setting, out in the country, is beautiful, peaceful & made for a perfect place to relax, away from the hustle of Ithaca. Breakfast (vegetarian plus yogurt) was delicious, complete with homemade granola. Avi's room in which I stayed does not have a...

“Avi's room is on the west, so if you want to sleep in, that's best. The other two rooms get gorgeous morning sun.”

“All rooms are very lovely. If you like your own bathroom and more space you have to choose "Joshua's room". We shared a bathroom and had a smallest room "Warren’s Room", but this was for us absolutely fine.”
