We had a perfect stay. The Victorian Country B & B is a beautifully maintained home in the heart of downtown Boonville. Terri was personal and professional. The rooms are meticulously maintained, clean, and comfortable. The only thing better than the room was the breakfast. Thank you.

Although we do extensive traveling, this was our first B and B. Terri, the owner was more than accommodating. There is so much character to this house, with its high ceilings, furnishings, and decorations. The bed was smaller than our king at home, but was very comfortable, and all linens were nice. The front bedroom had lots of morning light....

This old Victorian Bed & Breakfast was built in 1876. Located just a few blocks from town in Boonville, New York this period house offers many amenities. Decorated and fully furnished in period decor you will feel yourself traveling back in time as you experience its quaintness. The living room has a beautiful Victorian Chandelier along with a marble fireplace....

My husband and I stayed here for one night. We attended the fair in Boonville and this was a convenient location within walking distance to the fair grounds and local restaurants and bars. The room was clean and spacious, the bed was comfy and breakfast was delicious! The owner was very friendly (as was her dog :) ) and helpful...

The B and B is centrally located in town. The main sitting area is spectacular and very well restored. Our bedrooms were quite adequate and spacious. An old house of this size requires maitance and there is certainly a little trim that needs repainting but this does not subtract from an overall great experience at a very reasonable price. Terry...

The Victorian is located directly in town within convenient walking distance to all kinds of local attractions. The breakfast is to die for and the management is as friendly as can be. Do yourself a big favor and spend a night or two there.

A great lodging value. Now that I have stayed thrice at this charming B&B during the past ski season, I consider myself a regular. No, it is not The Ritz, and why should it be? Dining options are all in walking distance and all three BRIEA trailheads are convenient. Also, Osceola is just 30 minutes away on a well plowed...

This place was quiet, had lovely period decor with a great welcoming open wood fire in the sitting room. The room was clean, the beds were comfy. The shared bathroom was really pleasant with a big bath that the kids enjoyed, The breakfast was simple, generous and basically great. Our host was really friendly and accomodating - for example we...

Terry is a wonderful proprietor. The house is lovely and clean. If you are doing outdoor activities, Terry understands and doesn't mind the daily mud and mess. Breakfast is hearty and tasty; you get a choice and you can choose as much as you can eat. If you are awoken during the night by a klaxon louder than any you...

It was about the only place we could find in the area, and it's really charming. The beds were comfortable. It was clean and beautiful, well appointed with lots of curious knicknacks to look at. The breakfast was excellent, and the owner was very pleasant and welcoming. We had a great stay,
