Using a gift certificate that I was lucky to find from last December, I booked a mineral bath, massage and facial at the Day Spa. I was pampered for 3 hours and felt very relaxed when I left. Not a fancy spa, but cozy and reasonable.

We arrived at different times and were both shown to the room. It was a nice touch given they could easily have just pointed down the hall. The room was clean and inviting with a variety of furnishings. The Medbery is right in the town center, with a very short walk to many fine shops and restaurants and a short...

The most unprofessionally run business I have ever encountered. The owner of this business should not be in the service industry. No one to greet us or check us in for over 15 min. Owner very rude. No innkeeper(s) available. No sense of security. Very empty inn!!

My daughter and I went to the spa for a massage. My massage was wonderful, my daughters was not. When she came out of the room she said "that was the worst massage I have ever received, my nephew could have given me a better one". The owner said "oh really? I'm sorry". That was it! No asking what they...

I got my hair and toes done here for my rehearsal dinner and it was terrible. My the GEL french on my toes took so long to paint that someone else got a whole pedicure done. She also painted so much of my skin that they are all chipping off hours later, and that cost me $50 are you kidding?...

I came to this Inn for a one-night business trip. I found the hotel on the Internet and chose it because of its proximity to the courthouse where I had to be the next day. I made a reservation over the Internet and it was odd because I filled out an on-line reservation request form and the next thing I...

We arrived at the Inn around 7pm with a confirmed (by phone) reservation. Dragging our suitcases we went in the front door and proceeded upstairs to check in, as directed by a sign in the lobby. Dead quiet, lights out, nobody there. (Weird.) We explore all around the Inn, nobody. We call and leave a message on the answering machine,...

My wife and I, along with two other couples, went to Saratoga Racetrack for the weekend. Needless to say, any place in Saratoge was either booked or $400-$500 per night. After spreading our search, we found The Medbery Inn in Ballston Spa. It was a short 15 minute drive to the track and Saratoga Springs center. The Inn was very...
