Just as perfect as any of those african hotels you see in the millonaire magazines. Fantastic staff, original surprises like all the staff singing together at dinner time for us... Incredible, one of the experiences of our life in a marvellous landscape

Our third Lodge on safari and one of the very best. The staff are outstanding... Bujos , Angie and the entire team are attentive, most helpful and knowledgeable. Our ranger NT was a delight . From the moment of our arrival to the strains of the choir singing a welcome we had a wonderful time. Our room/ tented bedroom, no...

My husband and I spent 4 days at Shinde at the end of March. What a wonderful experience! The camp is in a remote place with no electricity and no roads, yet the tents are extremely comfortable and the food was delicious. The variety of activities ensured we were never bored by the same game drive - mokoro, power boat,...

Shinde Camp concession is owned by Ker and Downey and is very high quality. The "tents" are very well appointing noted with everything you could need. The food is excellent, plentiful and a good mixture of western and African style. The location is on an arm of the Okavango Delta so there are excursions on the road over as well...

We had a great time here. We met some very nice people but what makes this place are the staff. The whole team are fantastic and look after you very well. The accommodation is very nice and you will not be wanting for anything. The food was consistently of a high standard. Definitely worth a stay.

Beautiful Lodge located in the Northern Parts of the Delta, offering Water and Land activities. We were the only lodge for miles giving an authentic safari feel. Also with tasteful tents on wooden decks, with beautiful bathrooms and great views over the savannah. Multi tier public areas in large trees giving a bush feel. Small lodge with only a couple...

we just had a wonderful time at Shinde and met lovely like minded people. It never ceases to amaze me that such good food can be served in the middle of the African bush. Staff were extremely efficient, willing and friendly. We had superb game drives in an open car with only two other people. Not the best game viewing...

We were fortunate to be the just about first guests of the season, so we had lots of attention as the camp wasn't full until the day we left. This situations gave us plenty of time to get to know many of the staff, and enjoy relaxed game drives, walks, canoe experiences and boat rides with our guide. The cabins...

We arrived here from Kanana Lodge and were again for a day or so (of the two nights here) the only guests. Our “tent” was close to the main buildings but the whole place has a lovely feeling of remoteness, though the airstrip is fairly close to the camp. Game viewing was excellent and we saw different animals from those...

A great place to stay in the Okavanga Delta!! This lodge is so isolated and you really feel like a pampered guest in a special place. It is safe, but right in the bush. The accommodations were excellent and the excursions were also amazing. Our guide was knowledgeable and very accommodating. He was a great tracker. The delta is a...
