I want to mention first and foremost how friendly the staff were. Our guides, Mots and Titus were such a good team. The managers, Nite and Veronica and Gertrude, were very nice. We loved when the staff performed with traditional song and dance on the last nite we were there. Apparently there was a temporal migration during November, so there...

not the best of the camps I ve been, but as a water based camp, it is interesting travelling through its rivers. Food was rather basic. The tents were basic also, no luxury but basics need covered. There is nothing else to be added.

Friendly staff Knowledgeable guides Fantastic setting Great Moroko and walking safaris An absolutely marvellous place to stay on Chief's Island, so close to nature. There is no vehicular access so you go everywhere by boat, moroko or plane. We couldn't fault it and had a stunning time

This small (six luxury "tents") property in the Okavango Delta is spectacularly situated and offers great wetlands sightseeing. It is a water-based camp and going out on several types of boats is really special. You can also take a short boat trip to Chief's island and hike with great guides. An all round relaxed mellow vibe. Moreover, it is really...

The first experience is getting into a small plane to get there. The landing is done in a gravel yard. Amazing. Then a lovely reception with a refreshing local juice and further explanation of the rooms. They are large clean fixed tents though very comfortable with all one may need. Showers and bathroom are outdoors. Views from the room or...

I visited in 2005 with my family and it was an excellent experience. Great food, great excursions, wonderful people. I can't wait to return again with my partner and share my wonderful memories with her. My laundry was also the cleanest it has ever been when we had it done there.

We stayed at Gunns for 2 nights with our 2 grown children to experience a so called 'wet camp' in the Okavango Delta. This is a camp you visit for the scenery and water rather than guaranteed sightings of the 'big 5'. The sunsets are beautiful and the tents boast a beautiful outdoor bathroom (with a bath). The food was...

We stayed at Gunn's for 2 night of our Okavango Delta safari. There are no roads there so the only tourist access to this isolated lodge is an enjoyable light aircraft scenic flight. Lodgings comprise of fixed tents on raised wooden flooring. The tents are large and comfortable with lovely scenic views from the balconies. During the night hippos could...

My husband I spent May31 to June 2, at this camp. It was the last stop of our 16 day trip to Africa, to celebrate our 50th-51st wedding anniversary. We had carried a wheeled duffle bag, 11 by 11 by 23 and a back pack all during this journey so we could fly into the Okavango Delta, where this is...
