We loved the stay here! Were fortunate enough to see lions hunt.......The night drive was also fun to do and done after dinner which makes it a lot nicer then at other places. The guides we found okay but not the best ever......The lodge itself...More

Welcomed by lovely people to a very special lodge, designed to give visitors safari jeep explorations into Chobe National Park. Muchenje has an ideal location in a quiet area of the Park. The game drives are wonderful and the guides excellent; their knowledge and brilliance...More

I plan on staying there in July 2017, and my only question is about the weather here, in July, particularly, the temperature. I know it's the dry season but will it be very cool for the morning drives? I've heard that sometimes guests come to breakfast & dinner in ski parkas. Is this an exaggeration? THanks!

What a lovely review!! I am planning on staying here with my 2 teenage daughters in July 2017. Apparently, it gets very cool at night and I was wondering if this was erver an issue for you? Did you have to really bundle up in a ski parka at or after dinner or wear it to breakfast? My girls aren't "sissies" but are a bit concerned that they might be too cold during the morning safari drives. Any comments or tips would be greatly appreciated! Chris
