We loved the stay here! Were fortunate enough to see lions hunt.......The night drive was also fun to do and done after dinner which makes it a lot nicer then at other places. The guides we found okay but not the best ever......The lodge itself is tastefully decorated. The rooms are nice but we found it a little overpriced.....Do not...

I had a great experience at Muchenje. The safari lodge is administered by the owners who are always making sure you are comfortable and having a great time. Toff, the owner, was very attentive. The staff is professional and friendly. The accommodations are cozy, comfortable and with beautiful views of the Chobe river. Sunsets at Muchenje are breathtaking ...amazing colors!...

My wife and I stayed here late March 2017. This is small lodge with only 12 chalets and welcomes guests in a family atmosphere, were everyone including the staff dine together where experiences of the day can be exchanged. The all incluisve price is great value for money, including a free excellent laundry service. The Managers Toff and Kiddy are...

Ab absolutely wonderful place to stay. From the time you get there until the time you leave you become part of their family. The introduction of staff on arrival, the safaris, the security teams escorting you each night to and from your rooms, the staff joining you for dinner, the food on the safaris, the view from your lodge.....there is...

Welcomed by lovely people to a very special lodge, designed to give visitors safari jeep explorations into Chobe National Park. Muchenje has an ideal location in a quiet area of the Park. The game drives are wonderful and the guides excellent; their knowledge and brilliance at identifying the animals and birds was wonderful and I certainly tested our guide, Rambo,...

I stayed for 3 nights at Muchenje early March and travelled on my own. Every thought had been given to ensuring my stay was wonderful. I felt very safe and comfortable. All the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful and expertly led by Kiddy and Toffs. My guide Rambo was a gentle man and a gentleman. He was extremely knowledgeable...

We came from Victoria Falls (Zimbabwe side) via Kasane on a good road. I can't remember how long it took but it didn't seem long even with a border crossing so convenient & untaxing. We stayed in 3 tented lodges on our holiday in addition to this one which has huts and would be better for anyone traveling with a...

We stayed at this lodge for four nights in February and had a terrific introduction to both flora and fauna watching and Botswana. The local management and staff were very friendly, the guide was a local expert who knew so much about the area and what we were seeing and the food and liquor was plentiful and varied (the two...

Great fun combined with a great service ethic. Shawn (?) our host is a delightful and interesting fellow...his crew is second to none. Polite, attentive, personable they combine genuine care with personal attentiveness. Food was outstanding and our room was clean, cozy, neat, and rather romantic. Lips was a great guide...very knowledgeable. A great destination and cannot more highly recommend.

We had a wonderful 2 night stay at Muchenje in February 2017. Nothing but great things to say about this place. Amazing, friendly and interesting staff, management and owner. A very nice treat to sit together with everyone and talk during meals. Not to mention the Chobe National Park! A great and abundant variety of wildlife, we visited 3 wildlife...
