We had an unforgettable time at Ghoha Hills! The hospitality of Abram, Nanette, and the staff made it our favorite lodge by far. Our safari guide, Samuel, was very knowledgeable and did a great job. I would highly recommend staying here because everyone goes out of their way to make sure that you have an amazing experience.

Excellent service and outstanding food! Suggestion: Do not miss the carrot cake!!!! Great guides. Beautiful Lodge with fantastic views. It is truly a Piece of Heaven!!! Abram and Nanette were excellent, very friendly, making us feel very welcome and tending to our every need. This place felt unique - an amazing thatched treehouse on several levels overlooking its own waterhole. There are lots of different seating areas and a plunge pool with an amazing view. We had the lodge with the best view of the sunset from its balcony and shower! It is an eco lodge so no hairdryers, straighteners etc but they provide...

Hi There Thanks so much for your glowing review. We're happy to hear that you made the most of the lodge facilities during the thunderstorm. We can only imagine how unique it must have been to enjoy a relaxing spa treatment while the elements outside were arguing. Our lodge has minimal impact on the environment and even our decor is...

We travelled as a couple to Ghoha in March 2017 and spent three nights - but would have been delighted to spend three weeks! We could not fault Ghoha in any way, or even make a suggestion as to what could be improved as there simply wasn't anything. Hosts Abram and Nanette are truly wonderful and welcoming, the food was...

Experiencing wildlife in such a beautiful setting - I didn't think it was still possible these days! After the arrival in Kasane, we had a transport to the Lodge, around 4h on paved and dirt roads. Hi There Thank you so much for your review. The road transfer to the lodge is not your average transfer. It is a mini-game drive and guests see plenty en route to the lodge. A great introduction ! Perched high on the eastern side of the Ghoha Hills, this hilltop retreat boasts unparalleled 180 degree views across the savannah and the natural waterhole which attracts wildlife year round. To the south east of the lodge, the Savuti Marsh beckons with its unique game viewing opportunities. The Marsh is a relic of an inland lake which is fed by the Savuti channel. Covered by extensive savannah and rolling grasslands, the wildlife is dynamic year round. The dry and wet seasons change the scenery and offer sightings of the annual migrations of zebras and predators. Elegance abounds in the eleven well-appointed canvas suites, which have been elevated on wooden decks, ensuring spectacular sunrise views. An exclusive and intimate ambience permeate this understated luxury lodge affording even the most discerning of travellers to Botswana a truly unique safari experience. Ghoha Hills is an eco lodge, using solar power for minimum impact to the environment.
