I visited with two grandkids, age 10 and 12 and we had a wonderful experience. The room was excellent and the breakfast which came with the cost of the room was very ample and well done. The staff were all helpful.

My 2 friends & I enjoyed a comfortable & memorable stay at this inn. The rooms were furnished & decorated with Zuni/native American comforters, rugs, cabinets, paintings by local artists. The all-tribal staff serve sumptuous, delicious breakfast that include blue corn pancakes. The staff are friendly & polite & are eager to vomply with your needs.

I was confused as to where to go, so.........Check in at the store and they will take you to your room! The community is very friendly and the Inn is decorated with intriguing art, crafts, and furnishings of the local culture. Now, one good piece of advice....when you check in, they will hand you a breakfast menu on which you...

Dear Guest,, Thank you so much for your very prompt review. I appreciate your focus on some of the most important aspects of visiting Zuni (the people ARE welcoming) and staying at the Inn at Halona: indeed, watch out for breakfast choices… Back to "careful about shopping when you are hungry", and yes, filling out those breakfast menus right before...

Inn is next to the market, part of it. This is one of only two Pueblos with accomodations, Hopi the other. We stayed here two years ago and not much has changed. Room 23 is better then the basement where we were last time. Like a knotty pine cabin, upstairs. Accomadations are warm and comfy,,cluttered and tired but who cares...

Roger T, Owner at Inn at Halona, responded to this review Greetings! Thanks for the review! Including some good pointers pointers for other visitors to our area. Cluttered, yes… Ah, especially with all the opportunities to purchase arts in our community; it's hard not to….and not to display! It was nice to see you again in Zuni, however briefly! Yes,...

We stayed at the Inn at Halona on a roadtrip, stopping for the night between near-by Petrified Forest NP and our next destination further south, and we enjoyed our stay there. It has a nice, family-run quality about it, with a lot of personal touches. The room we had was clean and comfortable, good beds, quiet. You order breakfast the...

This is a small B&B in the community of Zuni on the Zuni reservation in western New Mexico. The check in is in the grocery store next door to the Inn. We didn't find a restaurant in the town but the grocery store serves meals at a few tables in the back of the store. We were given a menu...

Dear Guests, Thank you for your review. As usual and valuable with Trip Advisor's reviewers,it is concise, informative for travelers to our area, as well as useful to us as operators of the Inn at Halona. IMPORTANT INFORMATION: during the slower winter months, we have undertaken a few improvements to our amenities; one of them was adding a new restroom...

The Inn at Halona is a bed and breakfast that's homey, charming, and smack dab in the center of Zuni. It's not the Ritz, but it's absolutely spotless and the staff is great. And when I say "homey," I'm not kidding: you can go raid the kitchen whenever you like (just don't use the stove) and sit in the living...

Dear Guest, Thank you so much for your lively review. I appreciate your considerate remark about our kitchen procedures: indeed, insurance and other concerns do not allow for full cooking on the part of Guests. However, we do have a microvawe/convection appliance and we allow for boiling of foods. The line is drawn at frying/baking! It is interesting that you...

Beautifully decorated and comfortable inn. The breakfasts are wonderful, as are the people. Like other reviewers have mentioned, it's quirky, but to me, the charm of a bed and breakfast is its personality and we loved this one so much we extended our trip. If it wasn't a little quirky, it wouldn't fit in with the town, either, which is...

Thank you, Carmelita, for the wonderful and right to the point review. Right to SEVERAL points in fact! "Quirky" a good way to describer our circumstances here in general, both in regard to our community's lifestyle and its distinct cultural and artistic expression, and our own situation at the Inn at Halona. Indeed, our overall company has been established for...

A vey nice little hotel tucked in Zuni like a little oasis of calm and an excellent breakfast of the usual but also the local delicacies. Very friendly staff and accommodating in all respects in a stress free atmosphere. An authentic local stopover in this part of the state.

Dear Guest, Thank you for stopping by our Inn as well as Trip Advisor, and provide us with useful comments about our establishment. The key expression here is "stress free"; and indeed that is what we strive to be are at the Inn and altogether in our community for the most part. You know how to pick "oasis" type of...

The inn is an assembly of buildings connected with stairs and decks. We had taken care to book a room with a private toilet and shower. Nice outside garden and seating. We were welcomed in the local market and shown our room personally. Breakfast was home-cooked and generous. Our room had everything that was needed and lots of Zuni-inspired furnishings...
