This is a neat hotel and a fun place to stay in Taos. The staff did not make you feel special. There is a real misconnect going on. We were told there was a big event and we would probably have to park our car at a municipal lot and be shuttled in. We then asked if we could get...

Beautiful grounds, friendly staff. Gorgeous Rooms. We only stayed 1 night. Food was first class. I had the Elk Chops they were fantastic. My wife had the artesian pizza or was fantastic. We are already planning a return trip.

We had dinner and breakfast in there dinning room both were great meals. Very friendly staff. The spa is also incredible. And its also close to the plaza. This is the place to...

Looks much nicer on the web that it is in reality. My overall feeling was disappointment. As a Platinum member of Marriott, I specifically traveled to Taos during my Southwest trip to stay at this hotel. This is yet another Autograph hotel that is past it's prime and is in need of some updates. The service was lackluster (have had...

We didn't stay here but we did meet up with people who were staying here! Awesome hotel! If you are looking for a clean great hotel-this is it! The indoor pool was great for the kids! Very pretty and clean!!! We had drinks at the bar and it was a fun atmosphere. Highly recommend!

What a beautiful hotel. Someone obviously invested a lot of time and money in this property. However their attention to detail has been lost in their choice of management. This gorgeous property deserves a management team that demands perfection, yet they seem to have settled for Motel 6 mentality. Here's where we recognized a lack of attention to detail. Once...

I booked the El Monte Sagrado for a team retreat. I was so happy with everything. The rooms are very nice, with beautiful bathrooms and comfortable beds. The hotel is located off the beaten path enough that you don't hear any traffic, but very close to all the Taos arts and fun. The service is over the top, from the...

We found this property after an incredible amount of research, and boy was it worth the effort! I cannot say enough about what an amazing stay we had. The ambiance was top notch. From the moment you enter the property, you are immediately immersed in the best kind of luxury Southwestern ambiance you've been dreaming of. It reminds us both...

I stayed here with my husband for 2 nights in February. The hotel is beautiful. There was free yoga on Saturday and Sunday with a wonderful instructor, and delicious apples in the gym. It's very close to town (walking distance) and everything we had from the restaurant was delicious. One small issue was that hosuekeeping came into our room even...

We stayed at the El Monte Sagrado over the President's Day weekend and the property itself is beautiful. Great food, stunning interior design, lovely rooms. But the best part of our stay was a kind gesture on the part of a front desk clerk, Liz. We and our companion couple, who have traveled together all over the world, forgot our...
