We came with a big group for a swim meet and we had a special rate. However when we checked in the girl at the front desk seemed like she hated her job. An older gentlemen was trying to joke and be friendly and she was really cold and bitter. Then when we checked in she charged us extra because...

Drove to taos to meet my husband for thanksgiving. He was hunting on the Carson and took the night off to spend with me. He found this beautiful hotel that was serving thanksgiving dinner buffet style. The room was so cozy with a built in fireplace, Murphy bed in one room and king bed in the other. Rooms were seperated...

Stayed there overnight for a hockey tourney from Saturday to Sunday. Hardly any of the outlets worked to plug things in. Fan in the bathroom was so loud. A grinding noise. My other room also had most of the outlits not working well. Chilly in the room. Even with the heat on high. The food was awful. Some of the...

This is a hotel that truly cares about its guests, and its staff goes above and beyond to make sure the needs of its guests are met. We know this firsthand. The day before Thanksgiving, we were on our way to the Sagebrush Inn from Colorado when our rental car was involved in an accident. An off-duty EMT took us...

Dear Valued Trveler, It was our pleasure to help salvage your vacation. When Tim told me of the problems you encountered with your rental car and that he was taking you to urgent care I felt our only option was to help make your stay as comfortable as possible. I hope we did that for you. Being able to help...

The website only shows photos of the historic section/rooms of the hotel, which look great. We were placed in a "newer" section of the hotel, an old Comfort Suites, next door, that was purchased by Sagebrush Inn. The rooms were dated, but clean. They definitely lacked the charm and character of the rooms that were displayed on the hotel's website.

Dear Sagebrush Guest, I am so sorry that you were placed in the newer section of our charming Inn. Often times as you indicate our guests prefer the more historical aspect of our Inn. Please contact me directly the next time you plan to visit Taos so I can reserve one of our historic rooms for you...perhaps the Georgia O'Keefe...

We booked our wedding at the Sagebrush Inn and it was an amazing experience. The staff was efficient, friendly, professional and competent. They made our event exceedingly memorable and as stress-free as possible. We would highly recommend this venue for future events to family and friends.

The Sagebrush is an old property; however, it has a lot of old southwest charm and modern conveniences as well. We stayed in a courtyard room, which I'm sure are not their fanciest, but where they do allow pets. Our Yorkie loved running through the leaves in the large grassy area. Poop bags are conveniently located. We enjoyed happy hour...

The Sagebrush Inn is an older, sprawling facility about 2 miles from Taos Plaza. Our room was incredibly spacious--King bed, Murphy bed, large tv, and a seating area facing a working fireplace. The bathroom hadn't been updated in a while but was perfectly functional. The hotel's public spaces were large, but dark. The restaurant was ok; the complimentary breakfast was...
