Spent 3 nights and 6 safari rides with Roan, Arab, Emmanuel, and Kim! Accommodations were magni-ficent, food was unbelievable-visually and taste wise-, people were so helpful and attentive and animals were ever present including a hippo who adopted the water hole! Absolutely first rate in every way!

We stayed at the Ngala tented camp because we wanted to try the tents instead of the cabins. It is a permanent tent (tent roof and walls but solid floor and built ins etc.) Ngala is located between the Krueger and the Timbavati reserves and there are no fences so the animals migrates at will. The tented camp is set...

After more than 25 camp experiences over 20 years we have developed a way of evaluating these wildlife lodges. The andBeyond (horrible name) lodges are among the best at what they do. Cost. Reasonable for what they provide. Compare going to Walt Disney World, staying in one of their resorts, dining at their 5 star restaurants, park admissions, local transport...

My husband's first safari and he couldn't stop smiling. From the time we were greeted by Dennis, the manager, at the front of the lodge to the last wave off after 4 nights, my husband couldn't stop raving about the very professional and friendly staff, unbelievable accommodations and fantastic food. This was truly one of the best experiences I have...

We left Ngala tented camp today and I just want to go back! They have worked out the formula and get it right. I can't fault it. The most amazing safari's - with our ranger Scott and tracker Ernest (Ernie). Absolutely unbelievable. We have been spoiled for anything to come. They went out of their way to make us feel...

This was our first trip to Africa and we could not have been happier with the advice and guidance our travel advisor Fred Mittermayer when booking this trip. Our accommodations were over the top! So romantic, scenery was breathtaking, the animal viewing was amazing! We felt like royalty, every detail of our trip was over the top! The camp was...

This is sited on the banks of a dry river bed, but the tents were not Glastonbury-type but luxurious with hot and cold running water, outside private shower area, a bath and twin basins with aircon unit which warmed our tent. It is cold, so prepare accordingly, especially for the 6.15am drives. But they provide blankets and hot water bottles!...

We had an amazing visit to the the tented camp. It was our second &Beyond location of the week and it was a perfect end to our first safari experience. Staying in tented cabins made the experience truly exceptional. We woke each morning to a light coffee/tea/juice and biscuits and then off we went for the morning game drive just...

we just came back from 2 weeks in South Africa, and this camp exceeded my expectations! everything is *perfect* and really designed to make you feel at home...warm, welcoming and efficient staff, lovely tented camps [nicer than some hotel rooms i've stayed in], gorgeous bath including outdoor shower, fully stocked bar/amenities in each tent including different plugs for electric outlets,...
