This was all that was expected plus a bit more. it is what we wanted to see on a safari.our experiences were different to the reviews by Diane and Julie but just as good. the walks were what i liked most and would like to do more, but of course that makes it too dangerous to get up close and...

We stayed 3 out of our 15 days safari trip here and this was our first stop. We had 4 other stops and none could measure up in game viewing. Rangers here were so good they spotted chameleon on the tree at nigh! We saw lions fighting and next day ranger track them again while were eating a buffalo.

Africa on Foot was amazing, from start to finish in our 3 night stay we felt as though we had a true authentic Safari experience. In our 3 night stay we felt completely at home, the whole team at AOF were so friendly and always keen to answer any questions we had. The game viewing was excellent and our guide...

After travelling on a small windy little sand road one starts wondering if you are still on the right road. All of a sudden a quant cluster of rondavels (huts) appear in front of you. If I remember there are only 5 huts, so the experience is very personal, understated and non-commercialised. We were warmly welcomed by the hostess who...

What a phenomenal experience! I did a lot of research to find a good walking safari camp with some of the comforts of home. Africa on Foot exceeded my expectations by a mile. Every evening upon returning from our game drive, we were greeted with a warm washcloth and a liqueur. The rangers are extremely talented and very personable. I...

We had a great time. the food was superb, really relaxing in the day and exciting walks and drives. We particularly liked the walks, learning about the plants and animals. The evening drives were spectacular seeing the sun set as the full moon rose. A highlight was a territorial dispute between male lions and the headlong chase through the bush...

The absolute highlights were the walking safaris, where we tracked a couple of lions for over 1hour and finally spotted them in about 40m distance, without them realizing it. Thanks to Enoch, great job! We also had a very close encounter with a herd of over 30 Elephants at a waterhole, which was a really outstandig experience. The guides are...

It was 2 of the best days of my life. I saw the big 5 in the first 12 hours of arriving. The staff was down to earth kind and very knowledgeable about the wildlife. They really went out of their way to find the safest way to see the animals. It was so well done. Very professional. Food was awesome...
