Good and very friendly service. We will definitely visit Kapama (especially the Buffalo Camp. Claire and her staff were very friendly, helpful and neat. The food was delicious and very well prepared. A positive point is the privacy that we had during the day.

Yes, the hotel is great in location, decor and staff. We had a spa room which is in a separate building at some 200 mtrs. Room is great in every way. BUT: wifi sucks. I know it is bush but at such a price one would expect that better. Breakfast and lunch are good, dinner is also buffet and that...

This was my first visit to a safari lodge and I was quite impressed. The Kapama River Lodge is good value - all meals and two safaris (early morning and evening safaris) are included in the price. The food was great quality and we found ourselves enjoying it too much! The rooms were clean, spacious and beds were very comfortable....

One of the most amazing places! Everything about Kapama River Lodge was great, from the reception, to the food and the safaris. We had a great guide and tracker (William and Michael) that made the safaris even more memorable due to their knowledge and fun spirits. The food and the accomodations were very nice as well. Definitely a memorable trip...

Enjoyed my stay here from Oct 1-4 as part of my South African tour. Room(#17) is very spacious with big balcony overlooking nothing but bushes and trees. Bottled water and mosquito repellent canister are provided in each room. Great breakfast and dinner selection. And of course, the game drives(morning and afternoon) were quite an experience. Overall, a nicely laid out...

Amazing Lodge with very friendly staff, great rooms, good food and great gaming. We had the best vacation of our lives here. Got to go for 4 game drives and got to see the Big 4. Didn't get to see the Cheetah. Our guide Harry was the best. He was quite patient and took a lot of time to explain...

This is a beautifully designed hotel with fully professional drivers and trackers. The food is very good, and well judged considering the mixed nationalities of the guests. Two things let the hotel down, in my experience: the Wifi only works in a few hotspots in the reception area; reception failed to pass on a rather important message, and didn't even...

Although we were not staying at Kapama, a friend and I decided to have a spa morning at the gorgeous Kapama spa. When we arrived, we were treated every bit as well as the lodge guests and agreed we had had the best spa experience of our lives - and we have enjoyed many spa days! As this was in...
