Went on a camping trip recently and my family had to make an emergency stop for the night. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are amazing. Free breakfast and the front desk attendant "Victor" was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be staying again next time we're in the area.

The hotel was conveniently located and had a friendly staff. The person who checked us in told us a little about what we could do in Ruidoso, which was very nice of him (and they had cookies, yum). The room was about average, the bathroom was a little outdated, but overall very clean. The free breakfast was sufficient, and sure...

This hotel is very reasonable priced. The room was newly remodeled and very clean. The front desk staff were very courteous and friendly. The pool is outside, so it is seasonal. The location is very centrally located and very easy to get around to multiple events.

I have never written a review but I want to warn you about this place. It has a mildew odor as soon as you walk in the door. Also, mold was growing around shower and wall paper was peeling away from the wall. Carpet is dirty and WIFI doesn't work in the room. I can't tell you enough to find...

It checks all the blocks. Friendly staff, free breakfast, and an inexpensive bed to sleep. Wasn't the cleanest hotel or the nicest, but they accept pets (which we required). Overall, I'd recommend this hotel to anyone with pets or needs a cheap place to stay in Ruidoso.

Friendly management, very large clean rooms, still remodeling but no interruption. Formerly Holiday Inn at about 1/2 the price. Great location with a nice view with easy access to local attractions. Hot breakfast included.

We chose this hotel because it is actually listed on tripadvisor as a Holiday Inn Express. IT IS NO LONGER A HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS. Evidently it was sold to a private owner a while back. The gentleman at the front desk was very warm and inviting. The housekeeper tending our room was also very sweet. While we were there housekeeping...

We booked this hotel initially because on some sites it shows up as a Holiday Inn Express, however it is now independently owned. The hotel was a good price compared to others in the area. It was clean and basic. Staff was very friendly. Hotel looks to be recently renovated, however it seems to be going downhill in terms of...
