Pool not in service after being called on pool status. A/C not working, room did not cool down as fast as told w/ window fan. Perhaps poor service was caused by lack of patrons. hotel was older and room was very small. Hotel was clean but did not have individual soap for sink and shower. Sink had a pump style...

Beds were comfortable had the memory foams. Everything was new and clean in the two bedroom lodge. The fresh air outside make it very pleasant to sleep with windows opened. The rooms looked recently remodeled. The pool and hot tub are great. It's walking distance to the Sanctuary on the river for a spa getaway. Lucy's cafe and several shopping...

The personal were totally awesome. They were super friendly and helpful. They are in the middle of updating and our room was almost finished...

The indoor pool is nice, but what makes this spot...

I have stayed here several years and found it to be a quiet and cozy stay. I enjoyed the atmosphere and cabin style of the property. The staff was very helpful and knowledgable of the area attractions and restaurant choices.

We go to Ruidoso about 2 times a year and ALWAYS stay here. We love (being older and creaky) the open-to-the sky-but- walled hot tub, but haven't used the indoor pool yet. As stated in the title, the small kitchenette and large bedroom we always rent are clean and VERY comfortable for the two of us. But we wouldn't go...
