Our family was treated well every day and night by staff. Roy and Chris, our Ranger and Tracker were knowledgeable and funny. They made sure we saw the animals we wanted to and they had lots of insight into animal behavior. Do not miss the bush walks in the morning. Sundown refreshments were a treat. Always tasty. If you forget...

My partner and I enjoyed three of the most amazing days on holiday we've ever had at the Arathusa Safari Lodge! Having done safari many moons ago in Kenya as a child and, for my girlfriend, more recently in Namibia, neither of us were expecting to be quite as blown away as we were. Roving around both on and off...

From arrival to departure we enjoyed every minute of our stay and were truly sorry to leave after three nights. We were glad we had chosen to fly to Arathusa, rather than drive - the last small flight was a nice experience in it self. Jamie and Sid made the safari drives a truly remarkable experience-viewing animals very close, seeing...

Our hats are off to the staff at Arathusa. We had an incredible trip. Ryan and Debeer, our ranger and tracker, were a wonderful team and had such a mastery of their domain. They found us so many things to see. Not only did we see the big five multiple times, but they took us to see things we would...

My husband and I stayed here in December and this was our favourite hotel on our travels so far! The rooms were beautiful and clean, food was excellent and the staff incredibly friendly and helpful! Our ranger and tracker (Ryan & Debeer) were absolutely fantastic and made the game drives exciting and fun - they exceeded all our expectations! An...

I can't say enough good things about my experience at Arathusa! The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, the food was excellent, the setting superb and I'm still in awe with my experiences from the game drives. I highly recommend this lodge for anyone looking for a world class safari experience. I would also recommend flying into the private airstrip...

My husband and I had the most fantastic safari experience at Arathusa. Our guide Sean was great, he is very enthusiastic and his knowledge about the animals and plants was excellent. We saw so many animals on our six game drives, including the big 5, leopard cubs, and wild dogs. Because Arathusa is on private land the guides are able...

Four of the most amazing days I will ever experience in my life were spent here at Arathusa. Jamie and Sid, our guide and tracker, made the trip special and got us up close and personal with all of the animals. We witnessed all the 'Big Five' in their natural habitats and many more animals were spotted on the way....

What an excellent experience. Everything was stunning although we visited during a severe drought the game viewing was good, Shawn our guide is such a knowledgable guy and really went out of his way to accommodate us. Although the lodge was fully booked they did not pack the game viewing vehicle with guests. I always had sufficient space for my...

We were traveling with our two sons in their twenties and we all had a fantastic time at Arathusa. The best part was the very friendly staff which made us very comfortable and relaxed. Our guide Jaime and tracker Norman where not only excellent at getting us to many animals (the big five and some other incredible sightings), but they...
