The only difficult part of our four days at Londolozi Founders Camp was leaving.
Accommodations, dining, the entire staff, the game drives, all aspects of Londolozi are excellent.
A special thank you to our guide Grant and our tracker Jerry. We will always remember the...More
I've spent the past two days trying to find a way to verbalize the life-changing experience that was Londolozi Founder's Camp but am still coming up short. Simply put, it was the best vacation I've ever had and likely ever will! My family, girlfriend, and...More
This was our second visit to Londolozi, and the first for the rest of our group. We had wanted to introduce our children to the wonders of this magical place from the moment we first visited. Two years after that first visit we brought our...More
Best people, lodge and leopards in Africa!
Highly recommend it.
Great service, excellent food, experienced rangers and trackers.
Surely the best lodge in the world to see leopards.

Simply put our stay at the Londolozi Founders Camp exceeded our expectations at every turn. After a delayed flight out of Cape Town we assumed that we had lost a day of our much anticipated safari experience. Another Cessna charter flight was arranged for just...More
I didn’t take any malaria meds and I had no issues. That being said, our guide said that the mosquitoes had been bad lately. As long as you always use repellent you should be fine. We had some very cold rainy days

Afternoon game drives are at 3:30 and although you'll go out in long sleeves and pants, once the sun sets you'll start layering back on (the sundowner G&Ts will help warm you up). The middays are glorious - I wore my bathing suit every afternoon after lunch. This was the most amazing time to go - zero mosquitos, beautiful days and wonderful cool nights. I can't say enough about this magical place and just describing it is making me tear up...

It does depend on which airline you are travelling with. If you are flying via Federal Air straight onto our airstrip, the strict 20kg, soft bag, all-inclusive weight allowance applies. If you are flying into Skukuza Airport and getting a transfer to the lodge then you are allowed to bring in slightly more luggage in a harder suitcase, with wheels. Your booking agent or our reservation office will be able to advise exactly which airline you are flying with if you are unsure. I hope that this helps.
