Our stay was great. Our room had a view of the lake and had a small balcony. The room was clean and the bed was relaxing. The restaurants at the hotel offered great meals at reasonable prices. The buffet was inexpensive and had a decent selection. The indoor pool, Jacuzzi, wet and dry saunas were very relaxing. We went during...

If you are driving from Billy the Kid territory out toward White Sands National Monument, you couldn’t do much better than to stay at The Inn of the Mountain Gods, located on the Mescalero Apache Reservation. We discovered that some people make it a destination in its own right, with a golf course, hunting lodge, casino, a zip line across...

The area and views are amazing. Hotel property when you drive up is very impressive with the fire sculpture. We had no reservations, but got a good rate. The room was large, and clean, the hotel has several eating options from reasonable to ridiculously expensive. Casino was nice and not too smokey. We applied for a players card and got...

The place is beautiful and has potential. However, you will only receive lackluster service, at best, at a premium price. Ruidoso is close enough that you can stay there with just a short drive in. I contacted the "concierge" to inquire about tickets and was met with the rudest lady. I was very polite and she just kept cutting me...

Just completed a business meeting and stay at this resort. Nestled in the mountains in New Mexico, right on a lake, this resort offers a little bit for everyone. Golf, casino, boating or zip lining across the lake, it has it all on property. Spacious rooms and very nice and clean. Staff were very attentive, polite and professional. Great place...

The setting next to the lake is beautiful, and the lobby, rooms, restaurants, and casino are all nice. We had traveled to visit Ski Apache, but an early warm snap closed the ski area earlier than usual. We made the best of it and enjoyed the beautiful golf course. Recommend this over the overcrowded area of Ruidoso.

We enjoyed everything from the moment we stepped into the lobby. The furnishings are absolutely beautiful! There were service personnel everywhere to meet our needs. The casino was very well-appointed and we had a lot of fun playing there. We had a lakeview room and were astounded at the view from our balcony. The food was excellent with friendly servers....

I visit here a lot and typically have a great overall experience but this time it was far from that. Our service at the sports bar was terrible. We were told we couldn't have lemon or iced tea because our waitress would have to cut the lemon and make more tea which she didn't have time for. The next day,...
