Stayed with 2 grandchildren who were so looking forward to swimming after a long day of travel. Our room was just perfect and breakfast was very nice. BIG disappointment was the green murky pool. Decided not to swim. :(
The hotel, located on historic route 66, is convenient to the freeway. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. The breakfast offered a variety of items, hot and cold. Breakfast area was well-maintained and clean.

This facility is dog friendly and you can exit without any difficulty. However, I will warn you, when your dog steps off the paved parking area, be careful where it walks. There are small brush areas that have burrs on them and they get between your dog's toes and on the feet and legs and can be very uncomfortable. They are easily removed, if you are patient, but it's just best to try and guide your dogs away from them. We had 3 dogs - a boxer, a shih tzu and a chihuahua/mini pin (3 distinct sizes huh :) ... and loved staying there with them. Also, when we called to ask about whether or not they would accept pets, they readily agreed - at $25 per pet. We were desperate so we accepted. However, when we checked out they didn't charge us but $25 for all 3 for 2 nights. That was very acceptable as our pets are very well behaved, don't chew or have 'accidents' inside so if anything we left the room even cleaner than we found it :). You will like this motel. The land around it is very beautiful.
