Hotel amazing, food and beverages great. Staff friendly and accommodating. Room was the last one on the 3rd floor queen bed, bathroom, small but cozy. If you can handle the stairs it's great. Will be back for 1st floor room. Had dinner twice and brunch...More

I wouldn't think this would be too terribly popular for those who expect technology and streamlined amenities. The pace is slow, the stay is more about the past than the future. That being said, it's lovely. The lobby (if you call it that, more of...More

The current operation of the Lodge at Cloudcroft is a distinct step down from a year ago. The menu based breakfast is no more....Weekdays, rather than the wonderful breakfast fare of a year ago, now consists of oatmeal and fruit no different than a bargain...More

The pool and the hot tub were being work on. A family came there for them, after looking at the webpage. They need to improve on the wait staff, because I asked if the meal that I had contained a substance that I am allergic...More

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and dinner at The Lodge and Rebecca's restaurant. The lodge was built in 1898. A fire occurred in 1908 and extensive repairs. Beautiful Victorian style and furnishings. Great place for high mountain getaways.

We stayed in a king room but it didn't have a view of much of anything except beautiful snow out the window. Really loved this place though. Lots of history and even a ghost. The room was adequate size too.
