The setting for Mango Bay is sublime with a few small coves and beaches scattered around tropical gardens. The food and restaurant is the real star here though. The standard of food was exceptional. We had rain pretty much the whole week we are there but that just mad us unwind and relax and enjoy things like Yoga by the...

After years of travelling through Asia this place exceeded expectations like no other! Thought I'd be bored here after 4 nights so we also booked 4 nights in town..... and I regret it deeply. not that the other hotel was bad....it's just Mango Bay is totally awesome!!!!! Possibly a few things to consider....if you've got kids - book a bungalow...

I miss Mango Bay! Many people have listed the features below in great detail so I won't waffle on, but I think my highlights were the service level and the serenity. It was truly relaxing and I felt like everything ran to an incredibly fine level of organisation. Also so important was that the staff all seemed to be genuinely...

If you're looking for somewhere to relax and enjoy nature, this place is the bee's knee's. I noticed a few people complaining about some ridiculous things, but if it's what you're after you'll find these things the hightlights.... like the sound of the ocean at night and the breaze coming through your open bungalow. The staff were amazing, the food...

Mango Bay was suggested by a friend of ours, and proved to be a golden tip. The service level could not have been higher, the room was spatious, clean and wonderfully situated, and the atmosphere of the restaurant, beach bar and basically the entire resort is very professional yet laid-back. Very child-friendly as well; with plenty of toys and places...

My stay at Mango Bay Resort was interesting, to say the least. It's not that I wasn't mentally prepared for the eco-hotel's lack of air conditioning, mini fridge and outdoor bathroom full of little critters -- trust me, after visiting Vietnam and other Southeast Asian countries multiple times these things weren't even considered inconveniences -- it was more of the...

It was an amazing time when we stayed for our honeymoon there although it was the rainy season in Phu Quoc, it rained everyday. We were very happy and impressive with the service which Mango Bay Resort gave us. The breakfasts were remarkable. We have to thank the waiters/ waitresses team who were always available and friendly for their excellent...

Mango Bay has a very unique style. It's quite far from the airport and the road coming to the resort is quite rough but you don't have to worry, they always offer free pick up . It's an eco resort. When you open the shower room, you will see a very open view to the garden, which is quite impressive....

To me, this place was just right. I booked three nights and stayed six. A sort of ideal getaway, tailored for relaxation. Very laid back vibe and a lot of privacy if you want it and hanging out at the beach bar or restaurant if you feel like being with people. I wasn’t expecting the grounds to be so extensive:...

Mango Bay Resort is one of the better options on the island. It is isolated, yet easily accessible if you have a motobike or car. The restaurant and outside bar is what makes Mango Bay. The food is great and well-priced for the quality. Since staying there as a guest, I have returned 3 times as it is by far...

This is a low density resort, driven by a passion for the environment, intelligent use of materials, and strong support for island culture. Mango Bay is tucked away off the beaten track, with Vietnam's first rammed earth bungalows, enclosed by beach and protected forest.
