From checkin to the refurbished rooms, everything was simply great. Buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner were nothing short of brilliant.cheap, (300 baht breakfast if not included with room, about the same fir lunch and dinners) but food was abundant, and bloody beautiful. Many varied choices including grilled meats/fish/kebabs (lunch, dinner) Japanese, service is exceptional, including the lobby bar, nothing short of just a great place to stay, pool, very clean with small gym and a one person steam sauna, but only downside is there was no pool service fir food or beverages, it apart from that, nothing but compliments for this place.
The Sima Thani Hotel was a great hotel for my recent trip. Very helpful staff. The daily breakfast was very good. Cleanliness was good. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to the area. I hope to return.
Excellent hotel!! Being the oldest hotel in Nakhon Ratchasima, many would have imagined Sima Thani being incompetent, but our family and friends had a very relaxing stay because this hotel offered more than expected . The hotel is situated in a very convenient area and only a 10 minutes drive to the museum, zoo and many nice restaurants, and 1 hr drive to Chaiyaphum. Since it was recently renovated, it seemed nice and clean with a hint of ancient luxury. Our room had a large bed with a bedside control panel for the AC and lights. The AC was cool to cold, quite and did not produce any musty air. Most important the bathroom was new, clean and the water pressure was good. We were also impressed at the service at the registration, bell, restaurant and bar staffs and housekeeping. We are sorry we can not mention any names since all were outstanding in their service and unlike other hotel local staffs, your staffs were diligent and very helpful. The fitness was small and situated behind the clean pool and you can buy water there at 10Bahts a bottle! On the ground floor, there are small shops for snacks and amenities and a relaxing massage/ spa was downstairs. Chinese buffet (dim sum)which we have not tried, is offered in the Chinese restaurant here, but we tried international restaurant, which was good but a bit low on spice for Tom Yum Goong, a popular Thai soup. We enjoyed drinks at the lobby, where we had an Irish coffee and luckily for us, there was no live music at the lobby and so it was very relaxing. That's the whole point-to relax! In the morning there was a variety of food offered at breakfast from congee to noodles to rice or spaghetti. Lastly Thank you to the management also for a quick check-in and out here. Pinyapat K.…
We stayed here for 2 nights the room was clean and the beds are comfy, they have the bath tub but not the tap to run the bath normally just the shower in bath tub which is very disappointed for us. The staffs here are so friendly and helpful!
The hotel was amazing, When the hotel found out we had just gotten engaged they upgraded our room as well, The breakfast buffet is one of the best I have had in Thailand, And they do an evening buffet for 395 bhat which has a great selection of Thai and western Dishs, If anyone is in korat for a few days I would deffently recommend this hotel
