Very nice hotel situated away from the hustle of the City, overlooks a huge lake and community jogging track, rooms on the east side have an excellent view. Hotel enterence can be haRd to locate, down a side street, underneath the car park and then up the stairs, no valet help. Room was one of the best, bed was comfortable but the spa bath was the first I have seen in a hotel, and the shower, water falls from the ceiling or from conventional shower. Great. Pool and gym beautiful. No lunch or dinner, breakfast was preorder, young receptionist had to serve, then do housekeeping before we checked out. Overall nice hotel, there are two better tho in the city that I have stayed at.

My wife and I were in Khorat to see a football match and stayed here for one night. It's a very nice-looking modern hotel and our room was excellent (we were given an upgrade as soon as we checked in) The customer service on reception was first-class. The hotel's best selling point is its location, opposite a beautiful park and lake, which was perfect for a morning stroll. It's also well away from the centre of town (that might not be an advantage to some) The only reason I wouldn't give it five stars was down to the poor American breakfast and a sparse minibar and hospitality tray. These are tough times for mid-range hotels in Thailand though (due to the pandemic) and the staff tried really hard to make their guests' stay memorable. I couldn't fault their attitude and customer service levels.

Beautiful hotel, great spot.....Thumping dance music all day by the relaxing pool with beautiful views......really??

When we arrived to the city, I was so worried to find nice clean and relaxing hotel. When I arrived I was so happy because it was a great choice.
Nice location, quite neighborhood, amazing.
I came here for only 2 nights, but I extended to be 6 nights.
The staff here are so friendly and helpful and you can ask them for anything, they really help.
Rooms are big, I preferred the villas view because it comes with balcony. Nice comfortable king size bed, amazing toilet with a shower and Jacuzzi.
The laundry is very good price and fast, so I used to send all my cloth every day.
If I have the chance to come to this city again, I am sure this hotel will be my first choice.

Nakhon Ratchasima

In October of 2014 we took our kids to Nakhon Ratchasima for a very last minute holiday after a very stressful year. We were all in need of a very relaxing break. We had booked into another hotel for 10 nights (only to get there and find that the pool was closed for renovations - which was the whole reason we chose that hotel!).

Needless to say we were very disappointed so spent quite a while on our second day, trying to find alternate accommodation.

We were thrilled to find The Beverley Hills Hotel in Nakhon Ratchasima. We were over the moon when we arrived to see how beautifully appointed the basic rooms were - absolutely huge and brand new (only opened in 2013) with very comfortable king size beds, top quality bed linen, an amazing bathroom with a 2 person spa, giant rain shower (with relaxing coloured lights), 3D television and a TV in the toilet (that our kids were so exited about), a large size fridge and heaps of space for our luggage.

We had said about 20 times in the first 2 hours... we are SO glad we changed to this hotel... it's amazing!!!!!! And that was before we had seen the pool.

The pool is set on the 3rd floor and over looks the Bung Ta Lua lake... just an amazing view and a pristinely clean pool with comfortable lounges where we lazed away many afternoons. We couldn't have been happier!!!

A few things to note that weren't really a problem (because compared to the Hotel we has just left which was more expensive, the rooms much more tired looking with no view and no pool - although it had great service!) were...
The towels we found in all 3 hotels in Thailand - ok but not fabulous
The hotel is yet to establish the finer nuances of running a great hotel (eg having mini bar restocked each day or shampoo's and conditioners replenished each day) but we even saw improvements made while we were there.
Breakfast needs to be ordered the night before and is either a set American or Asian breakfast- which was nice but got a bit boring after 8 days of the same.

With all the excellent 'everything else' we really didn't mind these things. And upon arriving, the Hotel Manager was wonderful. She gave us her private mobile number and said we could call 24 hours a day if we needed help with transport (as this hotel is new, many Taxi Drivers and Tuk-Tuk drivers didn't know where it was.) So every time we'd need to go back there, we would call either the hotel or the Manager and they would let them know where to take us. We really appreciated the very friendly and helpful staff!!

The other thing that suited us was that we were the only guests staying there for most of the time - which suited us well as we were needing some peace and quiet. This is a boutique hotel with only 17 rooms.

I love this hotel very relax , peaceful my experience and an escape that feels like home. The staff are attentive and superlative service. The rooms are large, and comfortable. Hotels have room service for abf, I love the view at the swimmimg pool and very large streaming room which make my holiday more special, I will be back again next year.

I would recommend staying in this hotel only if you are looking for the best customer service in ALL of Asia. I could leave countless examples of my amazing experiences at this establishment, but no one wants to read an essay, so I will simply say Sineenat (Khun Up), the manager, will make your stay legendary. If I every have a reason to stay in this area again I WILL be staying at the Beverly Hills hotel. To the staff of the Beverly Hills, thank you very much for making me feel so welcome!

Unique Features: Lake front property with a 2-mile (3.2 km) running track, next door to a temple, and close to the Royal Thai Air Force base if you are here for business (Ex: Cobra Gold).

So, I checked in to my suite only to find a pack of cigarettes, lighter and cigarette butts on the balcony. I then noticed that the comforter on the bed had wrinkles all over it, and was not cleaned. We went down to speak to the front desk and she confirmed that no one was staying in the room but would change our rooms for us. Great right?

We got to the second room, only to see MULTIPLE hairs on the "fresh" pillow and another dirty comforter. We went downstairs to complain again with pictures of the dirty bed sheets. She apologized profusely and told us she would give us an upgrade..so I asked, If your cleaning lady is not good it doesn't matter what room you put us in, the Marketing Manager agreed as she is new to the hotel, but the other front desk lady was 100% sure that the next room would be clean and she even escorted us to the room.

We went in the room, it was nice and big. But guess what, more hairs on the pillows, another room that had dirty bed sheets. The lady saw with her own eyes as well and said how sorry she was...She said she would change the bed sheets personally for us. Disgusting.

They brought us to three rooms, and three out of the three rooms had dirty bed sheets even though they "cleaned" the room. The same lady that escorted us to the room even gave an excuse for the cleaning lady that, "She must have had a lot of customers and was busy"..!!!! As if that makes it okay to leave dirty bed sheets on the bed for the next guest!!!! Disgusting!!

Too make it worse, I went down to ask for the Manager, and the Manager would not come to talk to me. First they said to talk to Marketing girl and I said I wanted to speak to the Manager...then they sent down the Manager's Secretary...I said no, I want to speak to the Manager...they actually said the Manager does not speak to the guests!!! What the heck!!!??? I am an Ecommerce Manager in the hospitality industry and know that this is not normal!!!

With a problem like this, and the Manager will not speak to the guest!? Next morning I saw the Manager sitting in the restaurant with her Secretary, and she saw me and my family, and still would not even come to me to say Sorry...nothing!!

What's worse is that the cleaning lady still works there! Not fired..nothing..........I would recommend that you stay away from this "LUXURY" hotel at all costs unless you want to sleep in DIRTY bed sheets from the prior guests. The cleaning lady is so lazy that she didn't even check the balcony for cigarette box, lighter and cigarettes butts, and if the sheets look clean, they don't get changed. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!!!

I won't say which employee, but one did tell me that the OWNER/Manager doesn't believe guest complaints and even said once "Why do they need to complain"......I could have stayed in a 2 star for way less $$$ and got clean bed sheets...Never again at the "Beverly Hills...."
