Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

My wife and I stayed one night in April 2017 at the new B2 Korat Boutique Hotel. It may be a great location once the Central Plaza shopping Center opens. However, no restaurants for expats near by. The hotel has terrible uncovered parking and 10 spaces with village netting. The rooms have good Samsung a/c quiet Hair fridge, decent linens and towels, secure card key door locks on MDF doors. Terrible unsafe sockets, slippery bathroom tile, tiny sink, poor paint, poor render, florescent can ceiling lights, and one staff person. No kidding, the front desk woman checks your mini bar in the morning until the one maid shows up. No security staff at night, no one to help carry your suitcase up a steep set of stairs. There are worse hotels in Korat, but understand the location and lack of staff for this hotel. I do hope it improves and they add actual hotel staff.

Under 500.00 THB without taxes, and a little over 600.00 THB with taxes. This hotel is a converted apartment building. Interior and exterior painted white. Pleasant. We were on our way back from Khoen Kaen Province for my wife's 30 years university reunion (Chemistry and Education departments). Traffic was horrific due to road construction coming South. We just couldn't drive further. So, she began looking for a place to stay for the night. We called several places, but this one fitted the bill best.... Rooms are clean (we were in the 1st room on the first floor at the right end arm of a T shape building, but something was spookily wrong with the room. We asked for a change, and the front desk was amenable to oblige. We moved about 4 doors down to the center of the T shape. The rest of the night was uneventful.

There is complementary coffee, Ovaltine and circular "saltine" crackers like items... Good enough for breakfast in a pinch. For dinner the previous night we bought asked if there was anyone nearby to deliver food. There is a Muslim Thai food restaurant nearby. He made 1 Pat Krapow Chicken with a fried egg on top while my wife ordered something similar. Not 5 stars, but when you are hungry everything tasted oh-so-good.

Dirty bedding, desk and bathroom. When we requested at 21:00 to change the bedding, we were told there is no housekeeping in the hotel after 5pm. They send the car park security guy to replace our bedding, with predictable outcome.
The manager refused to show up despite we requested to speak with him.
