Detailed Reviews
Room, pool were great and matched the cost I expected to pay. But so disappointed with breakfast. Major let down. Location was OK but would have liked a walkway to the beach (300 meters) as some entertainment was on at night including music and fireman show.

We booked and paid on line for a Deluxe Sea View room. Given the name of the room, and the position of the pin on the map, it seemed reasonable to expect the hotel to be at the beach. It turns out that the hotel is on the land side of the road that runs behind the beach...so perhaps 300m away from the sea. And the view from the room was of the roofs of the pool-side rooms and trees beyond, but (admittedly it was a grey day) not a glimpse of the ocean as far as I could see.

The price I paid was 3,900 Baht, not expensive by global standards, but quite pricey for a three-star place in small seaside towns in Thailand, so I was expecting something pretty impressive. Indeed, the developer chose some quite good materials, and the design of some of the furniture is quite attractive. But some of the layout of the stuff just doesn’t work very well. No bedside lights/switches, a basin tap that on full power emits a tiny but vicious spray that bounces off the basin and soaks the front of your clothes, a bathroom mirror that is so high on the wall my partner couldn't even see the top of her head, a large balcony but with no chairs or table, let alone a sun lounger, no clothes/bags storage apart from 50cm of hanging space above the coffee-making area, light switches/power sockets all covered in cling film, I assume to protect them from dirty fingers…

A redeeming feature was that all the staff were delightful, and really wanted to help. They were very helpful with bags and briefing upon arrival, and even offered to start breakfast (included) early for us as we had to leave at 8:30 (we declined the offer, but it was much appreciated). Lovely people.
Room Tip:Â If you decide to stay here, the pool rooms would offer somewhat better value, have a table and chair outside, and provide direct pool access for families

Nice service. Good food and very good for family. We very enjoy spending time here. Clean place but a little bit to far to walk to the beach on the hot weather. We would love to come back and stay here again
