We stayed 4 nights at the Seabreeze. I was blown away by the room - a nice sitting room, a big bedroom and a very nice bathroom. Our doors opened up to a nice patio right on the beach. Everything looked new and well kept up. The manager, Joy, was incredibly helpful. She arranged bicycle rentals and took us to pick up the bikes. It is on a very quiet beach - a couple of days we were the only ones in swimming. There are a couple of restaurants you can walk to. You really do need some sort of transportation if you are staying here. We had bicycles which was fine to go to town and get around. If you want a really nice place on a very quiet beach then this fits the ticket. 2 thumbs up!
My bf and I chose hotels to stay randomly and kept changing every night, Sea Breeze House was one of them. I booked Sea Breeze from the location I saw on the map and the reasonable price I was offered. When arriving, it did really exceed our expectations! The location was perfect, just literally in front of Naiplao beach! (There are restaurants nearby too) The room was specious, specially the shower room/toilet. The facilities are standard, please don’t compare it with a hotel, to me what they had was sufficient. My bf complained a bit about the bed but I liked that it was firmed :) We really enjoyed our 1 night stay there and wish to go back again next time.
I came here with my wife and son for a weekend and wished I could have stayed longer. We will be back! Joy who runs the place is the most welcoming, friendly and helpful person. It's right on the beach and close to many good places to visit. Highly recommended.
If you are looking for home stay right on the beach it is the best place to be. Very small guesthouse few steps away from the sea. You will be welcomed with warmth here. Place for total relaxation and peace.
I stayed at this place for two nights over the Christmas holiday. There are 6 rooms, 5 of which look over the sea, but unfortunately mine did not. I can't complain though, as it was a late booking during a busy travel time. The room was small but attractive, with a wardrobe, safe box, fridge, kettle, AC, fan, and comfortable bed. The bed had a foam topper and thus was softer than the average rock hard Thai mattress. The TV was tiny, and although there were a few hundred channels, all of them were Thai language, which is odd because the clientele seems to be predominantly European. The bathroom was modern and had a separate shower. There is no restaurant on site, but toast and coffee were available for free in the morning, and there are a few restaurants within walking distance. The place directly across the street serves good food, although the menu is limited. The stretch of beach in front of the resort is quite pretty, and possibly the cleanest stretch of beach in the Khanom area. Joy (the manager?) is a genuinely kind person, always greeted me with a smile, and communication was relaxed and effective. …
