Cant really say much about this place without being unpleasant. The elderly owners regardless of their helpfulness and assistance should no better and realise this place is sub standard at best. There are much better places round the corner which aren't on the internet so get the taxi here then leave for a much more rewarding experience. The nighttime open...

Not sure what people expect from a budget hotel - great location, sunset views, breakfast, wifi, friendly and knowledgeable English speaking staff and they even have hot water showers My room was small but if you want a bigger room they can accommodate you if your willing to pay the extra

Very cheap but nit even worth the little money we spent. Paid 14$ for two people fir a toom with fan. The sheets were dirty, there were mosquitos and cockroaches, and after a shower you felt dirtier than before. If your budget is not too tight id recommend staying elswere

I don't know what are people complaining about, but these place was very clean. This is a cheap place to stay so don't expect spacious rooms. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean, breakfast was simple but good, staff friendly. What do you need more? Just 100m away you have a local restaurent (grandfather and grandmother resto) that serves excellent dishes...

Mr Anthony was lovely but sadly this didn't make up for my sleepless night. Bed bugs galore and in a shoe box room. I was awake most of the night and checked into a place only £4 more with a 24 hour reception at 5am. It really was horrendous! Luckily I had a sleeping bag liner to sleep in otherwise...

This a 100 yr old building with add- ons for a guest house that caters to locals & tourists. It's dusty, dirty, the beds are like the mats when you sleep on a trek here; not great. What makes it is having conversations about meditation with the owner, Mr Anthony as a guide to Ogre Island plus beers on the...

The reason to stay here is Mr. Tony. I did not have a chance to go on a tour with him but he's an expert on the area and has great stories. Yes, if you stay at this place you will have to deal with old facilities that are not clean and if you are unlucky you will experience bed...

The tours offered here are excellent; Mr Anthony is particularly good, however Pann Sue Wai round the corner has far superior rooms for only a few dollars more... They are not on booking.com / Agoda, but you can find them on FB or just turn up. To find Pann Sue Wai from Breeze, turn left out the front door, take...

I was hopeful that despite the negative reviews and mention of bed bugs that it will be okay. I was completely wrong. I am staying in a single room, paid 9000 kyat for it or $8. I haven't even slept the night yet, it's inly 931 pm as I write this review and I've already spotted 3 bed bugs crawling...

Ok, the Guesthouse is not the newest one and the rooms are very basic and not luxery at all. BUT the location is nice, there is a nice terrace on the top with a beautiful sunset view. The staff is really nice and friendly and help you with everything! The breakfast ist included and has 4 pieces of toast, an...
