3 or 4 or 5 bedrooms ? Villa Sipo is quiet, lovely, comfortable and secure in a beautiful tropical garden of 1500 m2, 2 swimming pools, 1 gazebo and large clean bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. A large common area for sitting down and eating is housed under an open structure and comfortable. There are Flat TV's with 60 channels and 600 movies, tennis table, double swing for kids, free Wi Fi. Our guests really enjoy the delicious breakfast with many different options to choose cooked by our friendly, helpful and professional staff. The meals freshly cooked by our Chefs are very good, we have a vegetarian menu and our guests appreciate their Party with different BBQ Located 5 mn walking to the beach and Bambo restaurant and 10mns to Potato Head Beach Club, La Luciola, Ku De Ta and shops, the villa is ideally positioned. Villa Sipo's atmosphere is one of serene privacy and luxury made complete with the warmest hospitality of the 7 staff full time,.

Villa Sipo was absolutely amazing! We are 2 families of 6 + 4. Kids ages ranged from 10, 11 & 13 to 17, 18 & 20. All 5 bedrooms have there own bathroom & the 3 large main suites with larger than king beds could have easily accommodated an extra single bed or two! There are 2 swimming pools & the Villa grounds are big enough for 10 people to have lots of personal space. The location is right beside Peppers (they share an entrance & only a 4 minute walk to Seminyak Square. A highlight of the Villa was the living area as it was ALL open so it promoted everyone being together in a very spacious area. A La Carte breakfast every morning cooked to your choice & severed whenever (always later for the teens.) The staff could not do enough for us. ie arrange the best babysitter ever OR giving us a quick 500m scooter ride to pick up pizza. They were fantastic without being under our feet. Highly recommend to 2/3 families OR even 4 couples. We are looking to go back to Villa Sipo in Jan 2024. Only 1 suggestion for the Villa: better block out blinds in the kids upstairs bedroom to ensure they sleep in.. :)

Villa was beautiful, large rooms and two pools. One pool was a bit warmer and deeper than the other, which was nice for variety. Gorgeous outdoor lounge and dining area with a ping pong table we used every day. Nice day bed in the shade by the pool for reading and relaxing. Mosquito nets on the double beds made for a relaxing sleep along with cool air conditioning.
Is close to a lot in Seminyak and we walked to dinner most nights. Security all around the clock which was comforting. Cooked breakfast and fruit every morning and staff were so hospitable with coffee or tea throughout the day. We had great chats with suci, learning about the local language and history. She always had a smile on her face and was the best host we have had! So kind hearted. Would recommend in a heartbeat.

We stayed here with both family and friends over Christmas 2022. We were instantly made to feel welcome by the endearing staff of Suci, Agusti and Angus. The staff couldn’t have done more for us. Nothing was too much trouble, from the extensive breakfast to helping with booking massages, cabs, etc. Always smiling and very happy. They remembered all of our names (10) right from the get go. The pool and surrounds with the inside/ outside dining area is what you come to Bali for. Very relaxing. The rooms are very clean and beds are extremely comfortable. All rooms are air conditioned and a relief at night time from sometimes stifling humidity. The place is very secure with front of house staff also very welcoming. I would definitely recommend to Villa Sipo to my friends. Location is also very good with relatively short walks to eat streets in Seminyak. Also can get cabs relatively easy as well

We stayed in Villa Sipo in December 2020 and January 2021 and it was the best experience we have ever had. We were three families with kids and grandparents. Everybody enjoyed the facilities of villa Sipo, such as luxury sitting room, two swimming pools, table games, table tennis. Villa is located in walking distance from shops, restaurants and the beach. The warmest attention from the staff was incredible. They helped us with any problem or task. The villa is beautiful and specious. Every bedroom is significantly unique and stylish. Our butler was on duty the whole day and was at our disposal. The cleanness of the villa was blameless. The beds were very comfortable. We’d definitely return here next time.

Spacious, tropical setting yet only minutes to some of the best restaurants and bars Seminyak has to offer. Staff were exceptional, we found they were there when we needed them, yet discreet and out of sight when we were enjoying the common areas. Fantastic breakfast cooked every day which included fresh juices and fruit platter. We made the most of the space and freedom within the villa whilst staying there. Relaxing, chilled holiday at Villa Sipo.

Our stay at Villa Sipo was amazing, the staff (Auy and her team) made sure our stay was first class and nothing was a problem. The Villa was clean and comfortable with great facilities. Myself and my group of 8 friends stayed at Villa Sipo for 6 nights. We had the most incredible time at the Villa, always feeling safe and secure. The bedrooms were so comfortable and well cooled with good air-conditioning. The outdoor living area was great for such a large group and the breakfast each morning was brilliant. The location is also great with lots of things within walking distance. I couldn't recommend this villa enough; we will definitely be coming back.

We recently stayed at Villa Sipo for a week for a birthday celebration. The Villa is in a great location - within walking distance to the beach, The W and the beautiful shopping areas. The staff are superb! The cleanliness of the rooms and Villa in general is excellent and the pools attended to daily. We could not fault it. The daily breakfasts were fresh and delicious prepared by the Villa manager. The beds were extremely comfortable and fresh towels delivered daily. Assistance with laundry, money changing and any other requests were handled without question and handled quickly. It was a wonderful stay and so relaxing. I know I speak for all of us when I say we highly recommend Villa Sipo and all it had to offer. A huge thanks again to the beautiful staff. 🙏🏻. Sally and Annie xx

After a 6 hour flight our extended family of nine finally arrived at Villa Sipo. From the moment we walked through the front gate we were welcomed so warmly by the staff Juna, Putu and Ayu and we were taken aback by the size of the whole property, the lush tropical garden's and two inviting pools. Not to mention the large, clean airconditioned bedrooms, all with ensuites. I loved the outdoor shower and huge bath tub. We were there to celebrate an 80th Birthday and it was the perfect place to come together with the family. On the special day, while we were out at lunch the staff decorated the main dining/lounge entertaining area so beautifully with their specially had folded decorations, it was a wonderful surprise. Later in the week we asked Ayu if she could give us a lesson in how to fold the palm leaves which my girls' thoroughly enjoyed. The staff were always so accommodating, nothing was too much. From the wonderful breakfast selection every morning to start our day, guiding us with all their local knowledge for our outings and organizing a Balinese dinner for us on our last day, the food was delicious. We had a lovely holiday and would thoroughly recommend Villa Sipo and its staff as a perfect holiday destination so close to everything. We thank you Juna, Putu and Ayu for looking after us and miss you already.

Immediately entering the villa was a wow moment. After a long journey, we received such a warm and friendly greeting from Ayu Sucika and Juli Permatasari. We were shown around the villa and bedrooms and given relevant information. The pools were kept clean by the groundsman, and the gardens were well maintained. Many hours were spent enjoying the pools during the day and in the evening when returning from a day out. The bedroom was impeccable, and the room was cleaned daily. The staff always checked the best time to go in and clean. Juna, Ayu, and Yuli were very attentive at all times but especially at breakfast. They were helpful with information about the area, and they arranged for an evening of entertainment and bbq at the villa. I would recommend this experience 100%. We also arranged a surprise for our friends' 60th birthday, which they helped with by putting up some decorations we had taken. All the staff were truly amazing and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you to all the lovely staff for making this stay an amazing holiday and taking care of us all.

We walked to Seminyak Square the back way I think about 10-15min Walk.
We had the main bedroom which was all good. No complaining about the beds from the 10 of us.
I hope this helps - contact the owners as they are very accommodating.
There are more places to choose from in the Seminyak area.
