Welcome to Hevea Villas, a compound of six serene one-/two-/and three-bedroom Villas in Seminyak for enjoyable holidays. Hevea Villas is located at walking 10 minutes to the beach, 3 minutes to "Eat Street" the main street of Seminyak. Each Villa has Private outdoor swimming pool in a tropical garden with sunbeds. Hevea Villas provide free Wi-Fi, flat-screen cable TV and 700 movies , air-conditioned bedrooms feature , a mosquito net and en suite bathrooms with shower and bathtub. A well-equipped kitchen with dining area is provided in each private villas. Guests can choose to cook in their villa or have from our private Chefs homemade meals upon request. Vegetarian guests are Welcome. We can cater for groups of up to 28 guests or up to 39 guests with comfortable extra beds (extra charge). Our guests appreciate the organization of their Party. Hevea Villas is filled with first-class facilities, our amazing staff deliver the very highest levels of service.

Hevea Villa 4 was excellent - spacious, each room had a large en suite, the beds were very comfortable, the kitchen and living space had everything you might need, the pool and garden was lovely. The staff were wonderful and couldn’t do enough for us, especially our butler Ayu. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Would highly recommend staying here.

I spent more than one week looking for the perfect place to stay in Seminyak for my first trip to Bali with my family of 4. In Bali there is more than 5000 villas with private pool and all of them look very nice in pictures. It was very hard for my to make one unique choice but i stoped to Hevea Villas. They offer me free pick up from the airport :) . The appointment was for 11:00 PM but because of the security checking i arrived at the meeting point at 12:00 AM. I was overwhelmed when I saw Adi, the driver from the Hevea Villas waiting patiently for me and I thank him once again for not letting me down to deal with a lots of "taxi guys" who jumps on you to take a taxi. I arrived at villa in the midnight and in the morning i was very impressed that the villa was even nicer than in the web site pictures. Everything was perfect during my 4 days of accommodation because Hevea employees are like a family and they stick together to make my stay perfect. Yuli was our private butler which prepare our breakfast in the villa and she is a very warm and kind girl and we are happy that he take care of my family during our stay. Even if the villa makes you not to want to go anywhere else, I reserved a day to make a one day trip in the south of the Bali to see Uluwatu temple, Nusa Dua Beach, other sensational beaches, The Edge Pool. During the pick up from the airport I already spoke with Adi for such a trip. I just let myself on Adi's hand to make the best round trip to be able to see as much as i can in just one day and it was just perfect. He was a good English and explain me a lot of local things, traditions, history of the island etc. I definitely recommend him for his patient, positive attitude and very professional. I also recommend to book from the villa's menu at least one of the special menu with Seafood BBQ. It is just fabulous, much much more than just having a dinner. The Hevea villas is located in very quiet place far enough from the noise roads but still at only 10 minutes walk to the beach. Local shops also very close to location. But drinks from the minibar has the same price like in mini markets - never see before :). Thank you Brigitte for your hospitality and I will definitely choose Hevea Villas for my next trip to Bali.

An excellent Villa in a great location. Although it is close enough to the main eat street of Seminyak, the Villa does not get the traffic or noise. The rooms were spacious, clean and stocked with amenities at all times. The grounds were well looked after and the pool was refreshing. Ariata (Ari) our butler was great! My family and I stayed at the lovely Hevea villas Seminyak for the December holidays leading into the new year. We were a group of 13, and rented 3 villas to accommodate all of us, including 6 young children. On arrival, we were quickly picked up by the villa driver although there was a lot of traffic to the villa as it was high season. Once at the villa, we were so warmly greeted by Ayu, Puhu and Gede, who offered us delicious watermelon juice and showed us around the villa. The villas are extremely spacious and clean. There was more than enough room for all of us. The pool was fantastic and we all had so much fun cooling off in the water. The grounds are also beautiful and we would often see the staff working hard to take care of the property. There is also a security station by the street entrance which was reassuring, although we always felt safe in and around Bali. The location is just off of the Main Street where there are many restaurants and shops.
We also met the villa owner shortly thereafter, who was so welcoming to our group. During our relaxing stay, we enjoyed the delicious western and Indonesian breakfasts prepared by the staff. We also had a few meals catered which everyone also enjoyed. A very special night was NYE. The owner of the villa so kindly and graciously offered us her place for the evening as we were such a large group and we had ordered a mixed barbecue feast to ring in the new year. It was such a delight to walk into her villa which was so festively decorated, just for us. There was a bounty of food and we loved the gougeres, spring rolls, grilled meat and seafood and really appreciate the salad and vegetables in pesto. It was a real treat when the staff gave the children party hats and horns. The service that night (as well as throughout our stay) was so warm and genuine.
During our stay, we also booked a day trip to Ubud and the staff was so helpful in arranging this last minute trip, even during the holidays. Nothing was too much to ask for and everything was done with such pleasure. We are so thankful that we had this amazing family holiday and experience in beautiful Bali, with gratitude to your truly spectacular staff. We cannot thank Ayu, Puhu, Gede and the owner of the villas enough and we hope to return in the future.

Hevea is a luxurious villa, made even better by the impeccable service of the staff.
Everyone was kind, thoughtful, helpful and couldn't do enough to ensure we had a great time. From Made Ardita, Villa Manager, who kept in touch before and after we arrived, and ordered our dinner so it was waiting for our late arrival. Then there was our truly excellent butler Ayu, who cooked beautifully presented breakfasts for us daily and kept the villa spotless.
And our evening butlers Gede, Ketuk and others who sprayed the rooms to keep them free of mosquitoes, cleaned up after our dinner, to the gardener who kept the garden so beautiful.
Adi the driver is a great guide who took us to Ubud and showed us around. The security guard welcomed us cheerfully each time we went in and out and controlled the traffic so we could cross the road.
The villa is beautifully set up - we had an air-conditioned two bedroom unit with four-poster beds, with dressing rooms and bathrooms, one of which had an open air bathroom, a huge pool set in gardens with loungers around it. Decorated so nicely.
The location of the villa couldn't be better, just 100metres from the Main Street with all the shops etc. And quiet.
We had a really good time and would come back when we next visit Bali.

All of you should remember the name Hevea Villas, the place has made me and my family very happy during our stay. We travelled for two days by road from Jakarta to avoid risks from Covid and stayed 9 days at the Villas. We were glad to find the well maintained Villa and their wonderful staff welcoming us.
The Villa staff went out of their way to keep us safe and our butler, Pak Putu was amazing. Him and the team members are always helpful and responsive to all of my family’s requests. The rooms were beautiful and the whole complex well maintained. Everything was perfect for our families Christmas/ New Year holiday. The villas are well located, close to everything we wanted in Seminyak, shops, restaurants and only a short walk to the Oberoi beach and Kudeta. The owner are so wonderful and Brigitte the owner came to the villa to check and making sure we are having a nice stay and gave us a free wine to be enjoyed with our BBQ. We ordered a private BBQ and Balinese fire dance for the Christmas Eve, it's so very worth it and so nice. Hevea villas is recommended if you are planning to stay in a villa in Seminyak area. It's a birthday trip for our friend and we chose Hevea which located Seminyak heart area. A warm greeting at the door once we arrived, The bell staff assist with our luggages and showed us around and introduce everything about staying in here in precise words. basically it's looks exactly same with the pictures on their website. The best part of this place is the service - specially we arranged by the best butler Suci. Suci was realised there is a girl birthday during our stay and arranged a surprise birthday cake for her on that day. Of cause she did make sure who is the one and check with us in advance. Exhilarating place and sweetest staffs, everyone was very accommodating and professional. If you are looking for something expected and unexpected wishes and needs .. Here is the right place.
The last but not least, appreciated with owner Patrick did came over for check our satisfaction. We’ve never been to a villa where you are so valued from start to finish.

Our group of 4 stayed here for 4 nights and had a tremendous stay. The indoor and outdoor parts of the villa were kept impeccably clean, the pool was lovely and the service amazing (special shoutout to our butler Putu). The villa was also in a great location, being very peaceful and a 5-minute walk to the main street. I would definitely recommend this villa and will be coming back here in the future!

We arrived to Hevea after a long flight with 3 kids but instantly felt relief when we walked through the villa doors. It is beautiful. The lush green garden with colourful flowers really set a vibe. We recieved our welcome drinks which were very refreshing before choosing our breakfast for the following morning. We settled in so nicely. The next morning we met our buttler Agus and he prepared us such a delicious breakfast and what my husband has titled the best latte he has ever had. Agus always made him a second. He took the time to get to know our children. Showing them origami after breakfast and surprising them with different animal towels each day before taking the time to show them how to make these. He persisted with our shy 1yr old and took her for a walk around our garden while we enjoyed our coffee. bless him. The rooms were made up and turned down each day. No request or question was too hard for Agus and he truly made our stay so easy and memorable. The location is a short walk from some good restaurants and shops which we did a few times with the children. Also a CircleK convenience store 30 second walk away where we bought some snacks and softdrink. The aircons in the rooms worked perfectly and the bathrooms were very large and spacious. The pool was perfect. Clean and where my children spent most of their days. The security were always at the front gate ready to greet you. There is a machine for drinking water which was so handy and dispensed hot and cold water. When empty after informing reception or our buttler it was refilled immediately. We even had a visit from the villa manager introducing himself and having a chat to us which made our stay feel important and personal. After returning from a day trip one day we discovered a Christmas tree in the lounge area, lights and all. The children were so excited and we were very grateful. A little Christmas spirit for our December in Bali. Such a personal touch.
I honestly cannot fault our stay at Hevea. It is well worth the money and the only villa we will now stay at. Its not goodbye just see you soon! We miss you Agus and cannot thank you or the staff enough. 11/10

We had a wonderful stay here for our honeymoon! Breakfast was fantastic, we got to choose what we wanted every day and our wonderful butler Yuli, cooked everything freshly each day at a time of our choosing. The room was stunning with a beautiful, comfortable bed (four poster with mosquito netting curtains) and stunning bathroom - the shower was great and we had a lovely bath too. As we came for our honeymoon, we had a stunning flower display on our bed and in the bath when we arrived which felt very special. The pool was gorgeous and our whole villa (including outside area) was completely private. Every day the super friendly staff cleaned the villa, lit mosquito coils, sprayed the room with mosquito repellent and asked how we were and if we needed anything. The staff greeted us every time we arrived and left the property and we felt very welcomed and well looked after. Our brilliant butler Yuli also kindly arranged a taxi to the airport for us on our last day.

It is possible to have a late check-in with also a pick up airport (complimentary with a direct booking) - I believe that your check out will 08 of September (not 08 October ) ? For the late check out, we can keep your luggage and we have a bathroom for the guests before to go to airport (some guests take the opportunity to make a Tour) or to leave until 6 pm (50%) of 1 night or until what you want with an extra night - f course, you can keep only 1 Villa - Have a nice day -

For your information we use Mini van ( Innova ) which is fit for 4 people with luggage
In Bali, to provide halal food is not warrantee everywhere but some mueslim warungs have halal food
We receive a lot of mueslim who eat in our Villa fishes and seafood, chicken and vegetarian dishes as we have 2 Food Menus. Some guests prefer to cook themselves as the kitchens are well equiped in each Villa.
