We arrived in Seminyak after 5 days of being in Ubud and on our first day here we encountered a theft at a spa in the Seminyak city area. We didn’t expect to get our money back but we were so overwhelmed by how helpful and amazing the Courtyard by Marriott Seminyak staff were. Special shout out to the concierge and security staff Hadri, Ketut, Swastika and Ambara for taking time out of their day to assist us in getting our money back and making us feel so safe throughout our stay. The duty manager Priscilla was so calm and helpful as well. Despite a rocky start to our Seminyak trip, we were blown away by how nice all the staff members were. We enjoyed drinks at the swim up bar, and made use of their 2 for 1 happy hour drinks! Our included breakfast buffet was delicious had a large variety of food both local and international. There is also a shuttle service to help get you into the city or the beach easily! The beach is a nice short walk away though, so you wouldn’t need it! Lots of nice cafes and restaurants surrounding the area. Such a fun hotel for kids too as they have a kids club on site and little fun activities like glamping for kids and visits from the Bali Bird park. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family and I feel so appreciative of the help we received from everyone here. Amazing! …

This absolutely beautiful hotel located in Seminyak Bali is one not to miss! A very clean, tidy, and neatly decorated environment marked with eye-captivating decorations all around the entire resort. This is a hotel that provides a luxurious accommodation experience. You will not be disappointed from the moment you arrive until checkout your stay will be one to remember. I stayed here in room 503 from 21 Nov to 28 Nov 2023. I arrived at the front entrance greeted by big smiling faces from security staff. I was then served at the reception desk by the wonderful Eka - Hotels Loyalty manager. She was delightful to deal with and we were offered icy cold Bintang's while we were checking in. I cannot thank this woman enough for how helpful, kind and accommodating she was towards myself and friend during my entire stay. I will miss the chats and wish to thank you for your outstanding service. It was truly a pleasure. My room was perfect and close to the lifts near the front. Room was very clean and the beds and pillows are beyond amazing. I wish I could keep those pillows lol. Aircon is very good and goes cold as a bottle shop cool room. Rooms are cleaned to high standards every day and free water; dental kits are provided. All the amenities you could want in a hotel they provide. Breakfast at this hotel is ultra next level and offers a big variety of delicious taste from all over the world. English, American, Indonesian just to name a few and scrumptious pastries, bagels, salads, fruit, fresh fruit juices. You will be spoilt for choice and will want to try everything. A big big shoutout to one of the greatest staff in breakfast area Dhika. He is very friendly, and we will miss being greeted and looked after every morning. Please pass on our biggest thanks and appreciation. You made our stay feel special, relaxing & inviting. The pool is the showstopper its just unbelievably beautiful and has a swim up bar. We chose to pay as we go and the staff are more than happy to look after you. Shoutout to Penny, Dede & Diva for all your attention poolside. We enjoyed all the yummy drinks and your services. I will miss sitting there and not caring about anything but relaxing to the fullest. The spa at the resort is very good and I enjoyed a relaxing full body massage by Hari who left me feeling invigorated. Thank You so much it was devine! We attended the hotels Indonesian night on our second night and we loved it. The food was incredible. I especially loved the Balinese curries, the Scallops and squid as well as the sucking ling pig. Definitely give it a go when you book here its well worth it. We were lucky to be invited as special guests to the rooftop where we were offered drinks and food while listening to a live band who sang our song requests. This was a fun experience, and we were feeling so happy to be invited. This was a chance to mingle with some of the hotels management and some other lucky guests. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality, comfy room & amazing, delicious breakfast! I definitely Santai which means Enjoy in Bahasa! Love you guys so much and hope to see you again soon. Staying here in the heart of Seminyak was a great choice! Thank you to Eka, Gosa, Merta, Arya, Teja & Buda just to name a few. The staff at the Courtyard are the most friendliest we have ever come across. The rooms are clean, pool area/service is great, breakfast buffet has a lot of choices, free shuttle bus service. Walking distance to the beach, and lots of restaurants and shops all around. We would definitely stay here again.

What a lovely week at this hotel, we had a pool view room 2nd floor opposite swim up bar. No noise when patio door was closed it was sound proof. We did the Balinese buffet night good choice of food value for money. Breakfast included in booking and was a great range to choose from loved the omelette guys and girls.pool area great atmosphere and no one keeping beds with their towels on all day if your not present after 30mins towels removed so you can get a bed at some point. Swim up bar very nice too. Special thanks to Merta, Osa, Arik, Teja, Dhika, every morning and Santana for cleaning our room. Rest of team from reception to entrance were all very polite & gave great service what a team.

Love the Bed n Bath. Buffet at Seminyak Kitchen is superb,even the staff! shops and restos r so near ! The Business Ctr was available for my zoom mtg. I enjoyed free Boxing w Surya wish it was daily😊I used the gym as well!

My wife and I stayed here for 6 nights and overall it was an excellent experience. The staff, rooms, service, pool, facilities, food etc were excellent. We had king pool view room and it felt nice and private with the room made up daily. The resort is very short walk to the beach and has excellent security. The only negative is cost of internal services (meals, breakfast etc). We weren't on a budget by any extent but AUD1k later I felt a bit lighter on the way out! oh well!

The whole staff is absolutely great. Friendly, warm and professional. The hotel somehow instead feels not suitable for my idea of holiday: it’s very Brit oriented, so the feeling of “party” and “groups” ruin a bit the privacy and relax expected. While there are signs to keep quiet in the corridors, both staff and guest start making noises as early as 8am. Bathroom door is glass framed: at 6am the room is fully lighted by the sunrise.. in general the room its a standard business hotel room, zero tropical/holiday feeling.

We spent 9 nights at the Courtyard Marriott. The hotel was awesome, the buffet breakfast was insane and the kids club was perfect for our little one. Special highlight was all the staff at the Courtyard, all the women in the kids club, Merta and co in the in the restaurant, made the trip that much better. Thank you for having us, we had a great time. Would highly recommend to stay here again.
