I appreciate the clean, simple (with no frills) stay. I arrived around 3pm and had to wait for check in and waited abt 20 mins for my room. I booked the pool access room and stayed for 4 nights.
Location: It was a gd location, and really convenient to get to the double six beach by goride (5mins) . La favela is also 5 mins away. Use the gojek app (12k), it’s much cheaper than hailing on the streets (50k-100k).
Nearby; Everything essential is available across the street. There are 2 convenient stores, the farmer’s brew (great coffee and brunch food) , Wacko cafe ( go for the burgers. No to their lasagna) 2 laundry stores (the one further down is operating on Sundays. express service available; 1 kg for 35k), warung lekaleka ( authentic food available) massage 💆♀️ (damai spa; 100k for 1 Hr foot + shoulder and back massage. The lady there is strong enough and hits the right spot) , wine and liquor store, and several tattoo stores
Room: Nice big comfortable king bed and I love the blosters. Room lighting was a little dim tho as there are no windows, only the balcony door to the pool. I’ve drawn the curtains for privacy. I left my lights on all the time.
Balcony: There was no proper lock at the “fence” so you ought to check if you lock your balcony door.
Bathroom: They provide the essentials such as bath gel, shampoo, bar soap, toothbrush + toothpaste. The design of the shower is weird, most of the time the water are stuck at the entrance of the shower.
Toilet: bad sewage smell at times. It got worst on day 2. I wished they replenish the toilet roll more timely.. there was so little to start with, and at day 3 I was worried if I might run out of it.
Pools: Think there are total 5? But I’ve only spotted 4. I’ve been to the Level 1 pool nearer to the pizza place. For tanning, the ideal timing at that pool is in the late afternoon. If you want to tan in the morning, head to the flying pool at level 5 but there are grids at the ceiling ( ideal if you plan to tan a certain areas due to uneven tanning) not a crowded pool so I’m thankful for the peace.
In room dining: Just use the go food app or head across to dine for cheaper and better food.

The staff at the hotel cannot do enough to make the stay enjoyable for all of the guests. Breakfast is very varied and guests can have food cooked to order. The restaurant serves very good food also. The location is very good being within walking distance to the beach, they also have a free shuttle service twice daily. Hotel itself is fine, great price and location. Room standard size, clean, good block out curtains although worn and no balcony. Great Daikin aircon (I cleaned filters under shower when checked in, takes 5 mins and makes a huge difference to noise and temp). Small, bar fridge running at probably 12 degrees c so not great. Only real complaint is NOISE!!! My room 531 has an ajoining door which was obviously locked but you could hear every word other room was saying and every night they were loud!!! Second night think they were Japanese, they got in at midnight and were going off until 4am and then they were up at 7am.... so did I sleep? Noooo third night think they were Indian and it was even worse, to point of ridiculous!! Even when they seemed to leave their room about 130am they took it into the corridor and sounded like they invited the rest of the family to join them, it was INSANE. I thought it was a prank show it was so bad, never encountered this experience before in my life!!! Unless it is a sharing family this hotel should never ever ever ever subject a guest to a room like this. The one upside is this room is not facing road as it would be even noisier as I have read from other reviews and can still hear some traffic from this room. Pools are clean and refreshing, staff are good and there are drinking water dispensers in corridors minimising use of plastic bottles which is fantastic. Would stay again if room did not have adjoining door and did not face road, good location in Seminyak.

I recently stayed at a 4-star hotel, Harris in Bali expecting a high level of service and comfort, but unfortunately, it initially fell below my expectations. The cleanliness of the room left much to be desired, and the breakfast variety was quite limited.
However, I want to commend Ms. Ratih from guest relations for her exceptional service. She immediately addressed our concerns, sending the cleaning team to thoroughly clean our room and ensuring that the breakfast variety was expanded to meet our expectations. Her efforts truly turned our experience around, and we are very grateful to her for changing our mindset and helping us see the positive aspects of our stay.
Thanks to Ms. Ratih, our stay ended on a much more positive note.

Was a really nice stay, affordable and really comfortable, the breakfast staff and Rath were really polite and friendly.
The room was well air-conditioned and kept everyday, and I forgot something in the room on my way out and housekeeping picked it up and got it back to me before I left which saved me a lot of time!
Loved Harris hotel can't wait to come back.

Really handy for the airport, but also is actually excellent for the budget. The breakfast is the best we had not only in Bali but perhaps anywhere! Wished we stayed here instead of Karma Candidasa actually. The pool looked fab too. Friendly and helpful, cheerful relaxed atmosphere. The basic room is petit but it has what you need -a great shower and even provide mini toiletries which is great if you haven't time to unpack!

We decided to spend a week in Seminyak, it was a mistake since that area is British tourism so to speak and coming from Lombok we should have gone to Uluwato. That said, the breakfast is good, but be careful with breaking some cutlery because if you break it you pay. I had to pay 6 euros for a cup that I accidentally dropped on the floor. I haven't seen him in my life. The gym, one treadmill doesn't work, the other is sagging, the bike makes a disgusting noise when you pedal, there are no towels, so nothing. The pool area was under maintenance so nothing too. The only good thing was breakfast. The area I wouldn't stay in Seminyak, I would go to Uluwato for the atmosphere. The hotel leaves something to be desired with these types of details and just as they charged me for the cup, they should refund part of the money because the gym was not working and neither was the pool.
