This is our second time at this resort and it has only gotten better. The first thing you notice is the friendliness of all staff, who want nothing more than to make sure you have a great stay. Our suite with plunge pool was amazing but not needed often as there were always sun lounges available. The restaurants onsite are amazing, once again friendly caring staff catering to all your needs. I especially enjoyed the breakfast where all stations are manned so not a lot of waste or people all over the food. They also happily take your order at the table for you. We had a great time and will definitely be back.

The Hotel was very clean and kept in very good condition. The rooms were a good size and the king size bed and the humongous bathroom was luxurious. The breakfast selection was fantastic and ALL the staff were so friendly and couldn't do more for us. They always had a smile and so happy. I would definitely stay here again! A great location right by the beach.

We had the most amazing honeymoon at double 6 in Bali. 10 magical days in paradise. From the minute we arrived the service was impeccable. The room was so spacious & clean. The staff were so hospitable. & the food was amazing!! We loved how we could spend all day in the pool and explore the different venues for dinner & drinks! The plantion grill & sling bar are a must see! The hotel itself is across the road from the beach & you can watch the sunset from your balcony or roof top bar. A short walk to many shops and restaurants & bars & about 20 mins by taxi to the heart of Seminyak. We never wanted to leave! Thanks for making our time so special. We can’t wait to come back.

This hotel is the best in Bali! The staff are one big family and will do anything to help you! Breakfast is like crown conservatory but with service! Best service! The pool always has beds available and pool staff keep the drinks and food coming. The spa is in house so relaxing to get a massage after day at pool. The rooms are cleaned daily and the butler service was there 24-7!! Plantation grill Resturant is very classy nice place to dress up and enjoy a special meal! If you have late check out they have a lounge with showers so you can freshen up before flight home. We already booked for next year! Staff are the best and service is Better than any 5 star hotel I have stayed! Can’t wait to come back!

Wonderful hotel, all of the staff are amazing, super friendly, service second to none, from the time we arrived to the in-house departure lounge nothing was too much trouble, and the 24 hour Butler service just capped off the whole experience! Breakfast each morning from the rooftop terrace was the perfect way to start the day, and the coffee was amazing, in fact the best I've had overseas!!

The beach location and size of rooms exceeded our expectation. We stayed in a double room suite which had seas views. The rooms were enormous, the amenities fabulous and staff were so attentive and professional. The pool staff ensured no one lifted a finger. The reception staff were so friendly and helpful and the rooftop bar for breakfast was the best breakfast view I have ever experienced. The food availability catered for all tastes. The staff at the rooftop bar in the evening were great especially Juni, she went above and beyond and really made us feel welcome. She is to be commended as her professionalism and customer service were so good. We will definitely be back, we loved our time. This was our sixth visit to the Double-Six Luxury Hotel, and our second visit this year. Our adult son came with us this time, and he also was very impressed. We booked two rooms which overlooked the beach - both were great. The butlers are there to assist, with nothing being too much trouble. The room attendants do a great job of cleaning the rooms, which are kept spotlessly clean. Breakfast each morning was situated at the rooftop, with great views overlooking the beach. The breakfast is both a la carte and buffet, or you can have a combination of both, with lots of choices. We were greated each morning by the hostess staff, and the staff who served you - always smiling with great service. It was so nice to again see many of the staff which remembered us from our previous visits. During our stay, we also enjoyed dinner at the Suzie-Q Restaurant, as well at The Plantation Grill - both restaurants had great food and service. The rooftop was also nice for a pre or post dinner drink. We spent a lot of time enjoying the pool while we were there. The pool guys and attendants were great. They looked after you with towels/cushions, setting up the pool lounges for you, adjusting the umbrellas, as well as the food and drink service. I had two lovely massages at the Spa. The staff were both professional and friendly. Everyone who works there, does so with genuine smiles, and can't do enough to assist you. As well as the above mentioned, security, porters assisting with luggage, taxis and the buggy service, along with the cleaning and gardening staff that work around the hotel also do a really good job. We spoke to a lot of people of various ages during our 12 night stay, and I can honestly say, that I did not hear anything negative comments about the hotel, only positive ones. Last but not least, many thanks to Yeni, the Front Desk Manager, and Muliati who manages the butlers, and all the food and beverage staff throughout the whole hotel.
