We recently stayed in a 3 Bedroom Private Villa with Pool. 5 Adults and 1 child. The Villa itself exceeded our expectations by a long shot. The rooms all had great air conditioning, including the huge bathrooms that all had their own air conditioning. The rooms are serviced each day if you like. The staff are all happy and friendly from the Cleaners the Security whom make you feel safe during your whole stay and Amelia who goes above and beyond for anything that you need. We were the first guests to receive the free BBQ night for a night of our choice during our stay (12nights). The BBQ boys did a great job and cooked the meal to perfection and it was beautiful. Prawns Chicken Sausages Salads Corn Sauces and Salads all for nothing. It’s something that they have just introduced for long stay guests I would really recommend this if it’s made available to you. Good to just hang about the Villa have a meal cooked and have few quiet drinks. The place is kept clean and tidy. It’s minutes walk to excellent money changers shops laundry and restaurants. Bintang Suoermarket is only a 1 minute walk away and you can get everything you need from there. I would recommend this Villa to anyone who is looking to stay in the Seminyak Area if it’s a family or a group of friends. The rooms are sprayed for mosquitos daily but I would recommend taking your own coils as they get a few of an afternoon and morning so just have the coils running g in the communal area if you are in there the bedrooms are fine no mosquitos. We were also given a little backpack with chips and nuts on our second afternoon and it was a surprise to receive that while having a couple of quiet drinks in our Villa just the small things that you appreciate. We will certainly come and stay again if it’s family or just 3 couples

The villa design is very pretty and the rooms are cleaned everyday. The staff are very accommodating and always greet you kindly. The beds are soft and comfy. A good amount of towels are provided for each guest, and can be changed easily. The location is within walking distance to the beach and a variety of restaurants.

The service and the villa is outstanding, we have had ample choice of breakfast, I am a pescatarian and found I had plenty of choice, they were able to alter the menu for us and change things to be vegetarian. beds are soft and comfortable and the bath is huge!
Perfect stay with the right amount of privacy and close to the centre of seminyak. We walked everywhere and only took a driver for places like Uluwatu and Jimbaran.
Our room was made up every day and included fresh water and we had fresh fruit on our arrival.

The bedding was very clean and the cleaning service was good, so I was able to stay very comfortably. The swimming pool was deep and the water was kept clean, so I was able to swim comfortably 24 hours a day. You can watch various OTT and YouTube videos on the TV, and the wifi works well. Next time I come to Bali, I want to come again. The breakfast service was good overall, but I wish the bakery items were a little more delicious.

Ive been to the Seminyak Suites about 4 times. This is my go to villa as in my opinion it is the best in Bali. We have tried other villas but they don’t compare to the Seminyak Suites. The rooms are very big and clean, the bathroom is very big as well. The villa was very spacious and luxurious. Usually when we go to a Villa it has an odd smell, but Seminyak Suites always smelt very nice and never smelt bad. The air conditioner in the rooms were very cooling and cold, it’s nice to just walk into the cold rooms after being in the hot bali sun. The pool was also heated. Usually when we go to other villas the pool would not be heated and we would never swim at night because it would be cold. But in the Seminyak Suites we were able to swim in the pool even at 1am at night without feeling cold. The breakfast was also really good, if you don’t favour indonesian food they also have a menu of other options for breakfast. The staff at the Seminyak Suites were really friendly and also made us very welcomed to stay. The location of the villa was very close to the shops outside and easy to just walk out and go shopping. I really recommend this villa as it is just so relaxing and you just can’t find a better villa than The Seminyak Suites-Private Villa.

We stayed here for 5 days. The place was very clean and modern.
All staff were very friendly and helpful, in particular Wirasa, who went above and beyond to help us with advising us on the best SIM card to get, how much we should pay and also what to do during our stay, not only in Seminyak but also Canggu and Ubud. It was very helpful to have someone so approachable and taking the time to provide such detailed information.
Overall our stay in the Seminyak Suites Private Villas was enjoyable and the villa was very quiet. The quality of the breakfast was incredible, however the portions were quite small so we had to ask for extra bits.
The WiFi in our room was good with the TV however on the bed and bathroom the connection on our phones was intermittent. We told the staff at reception and they were positive in their response to looking into it and getting it fixed.

We stayed 14 days - great location with very relaxing and large villa's, lots of privacy and security suitable for families , couples and romantic getaways.
Staff were always very friendly and welcoming.
These elegant villas have soo much potential but there is no onsite restaurant and breakfast is not only very basic and not of standard we expected but quality of produce not up date for healthy eating options. However you are surrounded by lots of cafés and eateries to choose from.
Long stayers are offered a complimentary 1/2 hour in room massage, an in Villa bbq cooked for you and discount laundry service.
Late checkouts come at a cost even if you stay 14 days + and needs to be negotiated. It is obvious that covid has impacted and upgrades and renovations are much needed as it is looking a bit tired.

Staff very friendly and helpful, The Villiers are very clean and well maintained. The rooms are spacious and comfortable The bathroom are huge, Breakfast is good but it can be repetitive if you want a long stay. Need a couple more choices. The rooms come with a 20ltr bottle of water and pump. My advice is buy a large bottle of Bintang drink it and fill with water and put it in the fridge. All villas have their own private swimming pools
