Stayed here for a week with 2 other families. Nice and clean villas, with all bedrooms having an en-suite. Eddie and staff were great Nice cold air-con Good breakfast Not really a negative of Villa but limited restaurant choice in area and region has a ban on all taxi in area so you have to use Villa transport and pay a small premium, but very accomodating & clean! Some great local restaurants include Kembali and a New Mexican restaurant directly opposite villa. Don’t use money changer down the road tried to rip us off!

Our family group of 10 stayed here for 2 weeks. We loved Ayyu and Yuliana who are just beautiful people 💛 Ayyu cooked us epic meals perfectly! She went out of her way when my daughter was unwell- so lovely. The villa was spacious and the pool was small but great. Loved the local restaurants especially Pho Hwitta, and Cafe CousCous was a fave for the morning coffee run. Massages across the road were next level - the manager/owner has healing hands :) The villa location was an issue however. We had problems with the local taxi mafia who have a monopoly on transport in the area. We weren’t aware that you couldn’t use BlueBird or Gojek from the villa (returns are fine) and I had an unfortunate run in with a super aggressive local. We go out a lot and our other family were in two other villas close by, so being forced to use the local taxi service was inconvenient (you have to use WhatsApp and give them a minimum 1 hour notice) and comparative costs with BlueBird and Gojek were at least twice and sometimes three times the cost. We had the option of using Eddie at the villa but this wasn’t unproblematic either (availability, miscalculations etc) although he is friendly and tried to be helpful. The transport situation mightn’t be a big issue for some, but we found it really put a dampener on what could’ve been a really fantastic holiday destination. The planning and communication with Rebecca (owner) was good, and the staff are really lovely. The setting is idyllic for a quiet relaxed holiday, and probably just a little too far away from Seminyak (and easy transport) for us.

I love this villa we will always return, it is our family home in Bali and we love it. yes we may be a little bias as we visit twice a year and yes we have tried other villas and hotels but nothing fits us as well as Pulau Tenang!!! For the past 5 years my family and I have loved every visit the staff (now our family) are nothing but accomodating they go above and beyond!!! This trip we stayed in both villas these villas are well maintained and looked after last trip it was new tiles up the walls this trip it was the bathrooms that where renovated and a couple new air cons this is a sign of good owners well maintained villas are also villas that are used a lot which is a good sign. So Indah is the 4 bedroom villa and the one we use the most the rooms are massive and so are the bathrooms the rooms have both cold air con and fans. The pool is nice and refreshing and can be fenced off if you have younger children just ask when making booking there is a small charge for this. Lucas is the 5 bedroom this has a fantastic kids room with 2 sets on bunks a massive lounge and TV my kids love this room. All rooms are massive with air con and fans the only difference between Indah and Lucas is the extra room and a bigger living area both are very well maintained and looked after . Breakfast is the best sooooo good !!! Banana pan cakes are so yummy and the full breakfast with eggs however you like is amazing also includes a selection of fruit and juices. Transport is available ice cold air con in the van also bigger vehicles can be hired for bigger groups. Billy is the villa manager his English is on point and his knowledge of restaurants and places to go is very good. Oh and the other thing I love about this villa is staff are on hand all day and the free baby sitting during the day is a bonus when the kids want to swim or you want to get away for a kid free lunch. Security are there 24 hrs there are security at the front of the lane and the villa security which is right at your front door are there in the evening.

The 5 bedroom Villa Luas was perfect for our family of 10 (7 adults & 3 children). Had everything we needed and anything we wanted was not a problem to get. The staff were all amazing and so helpful! Rodney was a star and anything we needed he got for us. From ordering us taxi's, food or even doing a beer run for us when we ran out - nothing was too hard. The breakfast was amazing - waking up each morning to a cooked breakfast was great. The staff would ask you each day what you wanted for breakfast and there were number of choices to choose from. The rooms are spacious each with their own air con and ceiling fan. Large king beds in all the main rooms but are a little hard. The en-suite bathrooms in all of the main rooms were well equipped with double sinks, double headed shower, bath and toilet. Hair dryers were also supplied. Towels were replaced when you decided, and sheets were changed twice in the 6 days we were there. The kids room was excellent and was equipped with 2 single bunk beds and 2 large couches. There was a tv in the room with sky tv so the kids spent a lot of time in there watching cartoons and movies. Your washing was washed each day also which was great - as you didn't have to worry about finding a laundry mat and your washing going missing! The villa is in a great location with a number of great little restaurants on the street front. There was also a couple of spas and a gym there too. A ride into Seminyak Square was about a 15-20 minute taxi ride which you get the staff to order for you. Overall beautiful villa in an excellent location away from the hussle and bussle of Sminyak or Kuta. Perfect for large/extended families that want to be all together in the same place.

First of all this was our first time visiting Bali, and we loved every minute of it!! Rebecca was awesome to deal with, she responded prompt to any questions I had. Eddie was at the airport to pick us up.... we love Eddie, he had us in a state of laughter the whole time!! He went above and beyond to make himself available to drive us where ever we wanted to go at anytime. Eddies knowledge of the roads and where to go blew our mind, he is an asset to the villa!!!! The villa was clean and everything I expected. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are spacious. The pool in the 4 bedroom villa was just the right size. The villa is set back from the Rd and you have to pass a security guard at the entrance every time you enter the driveway. Also staff were at the villa from 8-4 then a security guard at the villa was on from 5pm till 7am. There are a few nice restaurants around but the roads are skinny and the traffic is a constant buzz during the day, so with two kids and a pram we opted to get food delivered to the villa.... this was the best value for money and really fresh. We also recommend to get an in room massage.... we had 4 ladies come to the room and we had a full body massage for an hour each for around $9.... On our last night we had Aru cook for us. The food was to die for, awesome flavours and fresh!! We are a family of 5 and it cost us around $40 oz and we still had food left over.... Aru is a beautiful soul, my kids loved her.... The villa is out of the heart of Seminyak but only a 5/10 min Drive. I've looked around and this villa is by far the best value for money!! We WILL be back!!!!!

Booked 10 nights in this open plan 4 bedroom villa. Great open layout that is a great size and suits our needs. Each bedroom has its own large ensuite and the rooms themselves are large. Staff are really great and friendly and provide a freshly cooked breakfast each morning, only a short walk to restaurants, massages or organise a driver.

Three families stayed in the two villas for 2 weeks. The rooms were spacious and the poolside very relaxing. The staff were fantastic, especially Eddie, who not only drove us around but provided local knowledge and a lot of laughs! Planning our next stay already.

We had 10 days in the 5 room Luas Villa. Was great having the large communal area and pool. The staff were fantastic, especially Eddie who we had as our driver for most places. The villa was very quiet, no road noise. We had such a relaxing time at the villa. Thanks so much to Billy, Eddie, Rodney, Katut and Ayu for looking after us. Wonderful memories 😄

We spent one week at this beautiful villa. We absolutely loved the staff - they looked after us so well and it was like leaving family behind when we had to go. We had our own rooms, bathrooms, a private pool and everything was absolutely immaculate. Breakfast was cooked to order every morning and was delicioius. We had our driver Eddie taking us wherever we wanted to go ... he was a legend! They just bent over backwards to make sure that we had the most perfect holiday and l couldn't recommend it more highly.
