Villa Merta Sari are magnificent Villas in a lovely part of Seminyak. They are stunningly elegant and make your holiday feel luxurious. Suzy is a magnificent host / owner (from Australia), eager to help and assist and has a wealth of local knowledge for cuisine, activities and good value experiences. The staff, Ibu, Novy Echoe and JJ are wonderful and attentive and no request is to big or small. We had a group of eight people spread over 2 Villas and we ALL had a wonderful experience.

I don’t even know where to start with Villa Merta Sari. Absolutely beautiful! Had the pleasure of staying at the villa with friends. Immaculately clean and well looked after by all the amazing staff. The beds are so comfy, air con and fans are perfect. Walking distance to the heart of Seminyak and amazing secret cafes and restaurants!
I can not fault the service! Suzie was amazing and looked after us from the day 1. From organising scooters, taxis, to helping book dinner reservations. If suzie wasn’t there to help she would make sure her lovely staff would look after us!
10/10! Will continue to recommend staying here to everyone!

We had Villas 2 & 3. They were interconnecting as we had a family group of 9. This was perfect. Great spaces ,very friendly staff & within walking distance to cafes,bars & shopping. About a 30min walk to the beach. Management were prompt to assist if any queries.Would stay here again.

My two girlfriends and I stayed here for our annual girls getaway. I found Villa Merta Sari 8 on the internet so was concerned that it wouldn't live up to the photos and the reviews of others which seemed a bit too good to be true (especially for the price). I shouldn't have worried - we arrived late and were welcomed in this gorgeous villa. Totally amazing value in Seminyak, based on my experience of staying in 5 or 6 villas in that area. The garden has sun and shade, beautiful pool and spacious living areas. It's location is perfect, just a five minute walk to the main strip. There's a 7-11 about 100m away and enough great places to eat and shop nearby so we didn't have to move much on the days we didn't want to. Suzy was very accommodating and responsive in all our requests (incl getting medical help). We stayed in Villa Merta Sari 8 which is the most traditional of these three villas. Just about to book again for this year and can hardly wait. Thanks Suzy.

Villa Merta Sari was just what we were looking for. New, fresh, clean, yet still having the real feeling that you are in Bali. The villa was beautiful, and the staff were fantastic, and cooked a beautiful breakfast for us whenever we wanted. This was a great position in Seminyak, walking distance to the main street, where you can find really nice restaurants, and good shopping. We were lucky enough to meet Suzi (the Aussie owner) through another place we stayed, and she could not have been more helpful. Suzi had all the info on transport, restaurants, shopping, and anything else we needed, and could lias with the locals if necessary. Totally recommend these Villas, and we will be sure to be back. : We stayed here for six nights On arrival we were welcomed by beautiful smiling happy faces with a refreshing welcome drink from the wonderful and very helpful staff Once we walked through the door we were amazed at how beautiful the villa is it's just like the photos The lounge area is massive with a very comfy lounge the kitchen is awesome as well Both bedrooms have a huge ensuite the internet was fantastic throughout the whole villa " living in luxury " The location is awesome so close to everything but at the same time it is in a private and very quiet lane with 24 hr security Suzy was so much help with "EVERYTHING " scooter hire the driver Suzy organized was fantastic Such a lovely experience staying here and we will definitely be back :)

Peaceful location yet just a short cab ride to the beach, shops and restaurants, and no need to wait more than a few minutes for a taxi. The villa is a calm oasis and is tastefully designed. We loved the welcome pack which saved the bother of going to the shops on our first night, and the first-day breakfast. Suzy is full of great `secret' tips that genuinely enhanced our stay. Main gripe: the bedroom aircon and fans struggled to keep the temperature down on some hot nights (and we're used to them living in the tropics). Overall, a good choice for making the most of Seminyak and having somewhere private and special to yourself.

Thanks very much for taking the time to review , and good to know that you and the family enjoyed your stay at Villa Merta Sari , and that you especially liked the villa location. Though , I was very disappointed to hear that the bedroom air conditioning was not operating well enough for you. It's such a shame that you didn't mention it to the staff or myself during your stay. It's a 5 minute job for the technician to top up the gas ( all the a/c's are serviced regularly , but on the odd occasion need a top up ) and it would have been attended to immediately . In any case , am sorry that you had this glitch in your otherwise good experience at Villa Merta Sari. The staff and myself make every effort to ensure that all guests are 100% happy during their stay , which is usually the case. Thanks for the good rap on the " Villa Merta Sari Bible " , it's very rewarding when guests take advantage of the tips and recommendations , which inspires me to keep researching and adding more great things to it. Our family stayed at Villa Merta Sari 10 in July this year. It proved an excellent choice. The villa is stylish and spacious and was perfect for our stay - we loved lazing by the pool after a busy day out. Suzy our host was amazing, right from our first booking enquiry until our departure. Nothing was too much trouble with assistance and great recommendations for restaurants and activities. We also had a great driver in Wah.

My 3 friends and I stayed at Villa Merta Sari in October and loved it! The open plan layout was very 'Bali' and location of the Villa was great - still walking distance from restaurants and bars but far enough away that it was quiet and secure. The staff were lovely, the welcome breakfast amazing! Would definitely recommend.
