We arrived in Bali after a couple of weeks on Java and wanted somewhere not too far from the airport to chill for a few days and plan the next part of our trip. We decided on Seminyak as it was lively however we didn’t want to stay in the thick of it.
After considering several options we booked a 1 bedroom villa at Seminyak Icon and I don’t think we could have chosen better.
The hotel is on a lovely quiet road and the villa felt like our own slice of paradise, considering one street down was busy and rather loud with traffic noise.
The staff were wonderful and welcoming and got us booked in swiftly and shown to our villa. There are no phones in the rooms so comms can be done via WhatsApp which was really convenient.
Breakfast is ordered the day before and delivered to your villa at a pre agreed time. We tried most options which were all fresh, super delicious and plentiful. Guests also have the option of afternoon tea each day which was also a lovely treat.
We had dinner from the on site restaurant delivered to our villa one evening which was as good as the breakfast.
The villa itself is very well appointed and the kitchen had everything needed, along with a large fridge. The bed and pillows were great, the bathroom was huge and the villa had more than enough storage. The surrounding greenery is well tended and the pool was immaculate and not overly chlorinated.
Lastly, the security guys are lovely and friendly, and it was always nice to know that they were keeping an eye on the comings and goings at the hotel.
We look forward to returning before the end of our trip.

Stayed for holiday 3 nights with my family. The location can reach easily by car, you don't need to go through small alleys to reach location. Its only took 8 minutes to Transtudio Mall Bali. The price is very competitive, I suggested that you booked include breakfast. They offered you with multiple choice for Indonesian and western cuisine, and they can bring breakfast to your room. And what i'm impressed so much is that they always bring afternoon tea with snacks everyday, so great... And The staffs are friendly and helpfull...

Great stay at this nice villa - staff were friendly and communicated through whatsapp. Cleaned the rooms each day early and we ordered a floating breakfast one morning which was cool. The pool area is very small - for sunbathing the time of sun on the sunbed was limited each day and not much room around the sides to sunbathe. The door to the kitchen / living area didn't seem to lock but we didn't leave valuables in there so wasn't an issue as main door and bedroom door locked. Would recommend - good location within walking distance to street full of shops and restaurants.

We stayed there for 4 days - Family of 42adults and 1 child. The experience overall was excellent! The breakfast choices were fantastic. The staff were always attentive and smiling. My Wife also tried the SPA which also was good compared to the price, any small issues the house keeping was prompt to get it resolved. Lovely pool to dip n sip your beer , High tea being served in pool was amazing Definitely recommend for family people !

We stayed 4 nights at a villa for 2 with a private spacious swimming pool. Service is impeccable and discrete. Communication is efficient and all your preferences are catered for with a smile.
Breakfast was delivered to our living/dining room at a time of our choosing. We chose from a varied menu and were delighted with the quality, presentation of the food and drinks.
We could choose each day when our room was serviced (conveniently via WhatsApp).
We also received complimentary afternoon tea every day at a time of our choosing.
Bed is big and really comfortable (on a firm side). Bathroom spacious and nice.
Would highly recommend.

Rooms and pool are very clean.Location is great Loved the prompt service by the staff. Food was also great though there were less options for vegetarian people. Must try veg burritos . Will surely visit again Suggestions: Curtains in sofa area should be there as there is direct sunlight. Cooking Utensils in kitchen should be more.Like Big frying pan is a must.

Best villa in bali (and seminyak area) so far!! The service was excellent, check in was smooth and the receptionists were very helpful. The pool was quite spacious for seminyak area, considering a lot of villas provide the same facilities but smaller size. To compare, if you put a swan floaties on the swimming pool, there's still enough space for you to chill and relax.
Bedroom and bathroom were clean and i love their sunlounger was very spacious, perfect for morning bfast or chillin after a night dip in the swimming pool. The small garden and other plants were perfectly maintained.
Breakfast was okay since its included on our hotel price but a bit pricey if we buy it separately. They always deliver the breakfast on time. All in all, it was a wonderful experience staying at seminyak icon. will definitely recommend our families and friends to stay here

Located a short walk from the busy streets of Seminyak. Nicely sized private villa's though lack of pool fencing meant its probably not appropriate for those with young kids because you will spend the full time watching them like a hawk and feeling nervous. Quite nice included afternoon tea and breakfast, all served in the comfort of your villa. Mosquito's became a real pest in evening time but they provide coils and spray to try and reduce the impact. Friendly and helpful staff and well maintained and clean accomodation.

From the moment you enter this property you are treated with warm friendly service. From arrival and departure drinks to attentive service, the staff are very welcoming and helpful. But the pool room is what you are really here for. You own private paradise! The private garden, pool and day bed are sensational. The accommodation was also stunning, luxurious and spacious. We hardly even saw others when walking from the restaurant area to our rooms our whole stay. Was a great private getaway with our own pool. Loved it. Hands down the best place we have stayed - Ever!

This is one of the best villas we have stayed in in Bali. Highly recommend it for so many reasons. The accommodation is wonderful, its quiet yet close to wonderful restaurants and cafes. The villa pool is kept immaculate and its such a nice experience at the end of the day to jump into your own pool. The staff are amazing. the daily breakfast were superb.

We had 7 glorious days there early October. Whilst it is out of the main drag, it’s not a huge walk and they will drop you anywhere you want to go in Seminyak at no cost.
We loved it and would go back there in a heart beat. Food from the restaurant is very good and you can have it delivered to your villa - again no extra charge.
The spas is also wonderful.
For a few relaxing days to end a honeymoon trip - we would say perfect but we have been married for 36 years...............
