We stayed here in Villa 3 as 2 families of 7 in total all adults, the layout is perfect with the kitchen and living area separate to all the other 4 bedrooms and all having their own bathrooms. Towle’s and sheets changed every day, free taxi to the town (5 min) anything you need you just message them and they attend straight away! Pool is clean and serviced well, Tommy and Aguse were amazing! When we arrived from Ubud to O Villa we were all a little alarmed at the tiny back street that the Villa is located on… but we had no need to be, the place itself is great. Even though you are out of the main town, you have shops and eateries on your doorstep, including Basils and Coffee Cartel!

O Villas is the perfect holiday home! Despite the ongoing challenges of COVID, Ketut and his team have been working hard to make sure our stay was perfect! Starting from a pickup from the busy Denpasar airport, the team made sure our trip was effortless! They helped communicate with some tour operators and accommodated early breakfast boxes when we had an early departure one morning. Speaking of breakfast, every item on the O Villas breakfast menu was delicious, fresh, and well-presented. Accompanied by coffee, toast, and fresh fruit, every day had an amazing start!
Located in a quiet street in Seminyak, O Villas is situated in a great area. A short walk to amazing restaurants, spas, and the main shopping street, the villas feel like an island oasis despite being close to the hustle of Seminyak. The staff were also very accommodating and dropped us off/picked us up in the villa van around Seminyak at no additional cost!
The villa itself is well maintained, clean, and comfortable. The pool is always clean and towels are refreshed daily as well. My friend and I enjoyed the large beds, and as two female travellers, felt safe knowing that the O Villas staff were always on duty and keeping an eye on the villas!

O Villas is an oasis of luxury in Seminyak. The staff are excellent. They have a great deal of local knowledge and will provide advice on all activities and visits you may want to do. The home cooked local food is very high quality and I particularly enjoyed the breakfasts. There are also some fantastic local restaurants a few minutes walk away which have happy hours and provide local cuisine. This is a place where you will return again and again. What a find!

So excited to be heading to O Villas again in September, this will be my fifth time.
Such a warm welcome from start to finish, the staff are so friendly, cannot do enough for you and they have great knowledge of the area.
I love the fact that the villas are very private but also close enough to walk to restaurants and bars nearby. Although the staff are happy to drive you around the local area.
The staff serve an excellent breakfast of your choice and if required, you can order lunch or dinner, which we have done several times.
The bedrooms are so spacious and have everything you need with lovely decor.
Can’t wait be back there!

From the greeting at the airport to the drop off for the flight home, the staff never stop smiling.
Rooms are spacious, clean and welcoming.
Kitchen/lounge area is very large and perfect for dinners
Nothing is too hard laundry, money change, breakfast, restaurant bookings and transfers are all easily arranged.
Was lucky enough to meet one of the owners whilst we stayed and what a true gentleman very friendly and helpful
Location is right in the heart
Eat street is a 5 minute walk and petitenget 5 minutes the other way perfect !!!

We found the bed too hard as we are used to an ensemble, the outdoor pool lounges need updating . The breakfast was lovely every morning and plenty of food. Our villa was clean and a big thanks to Tommy for our anniversary surprise. It was great and necessary for the OVilla cars to drop us off in Seminyak as most days too hot to walk. All staff were friendly especially Tommy.

Just love this place - despite the challenges of Covid and no tourists they have kept their excellent staff employed and they have worked hard to maintain standards throughout. The breakfast was fantastic each day and the fridge always stocked with cold drinks. We used the vehicle a fair bit for trips out - not only great value but also super safe with reliable drivers. A little corner of paradise and look forward to returning.

We stayed in 3 properties while in Bali for 17 days over the Christmas & New Year Period. This Villa was not cheap but was very disappointing compared to the previous reviews & photos. Under no circumstances should it be rated a 4.5 star. I can not fault the wonderful staff who were so obliging and friendly, the Villa itself is in need of an update and a very good clean. Bathrooms & floors were dirty and towels need replacing although laundered, stained and yellow. There were dirty walls and fixtures and gaps and broken parts in most rooms.

This place was a hidden gem, nestled in a quiet location but within walking distance to the hustle and bustle of everything Seminyak has to offer. The villa was in immaculate condition, cleaned daily and the staff couldn’t do more for us. Everything we wanted was on hand. Ketut, Tommy and all the staff were fantastic, it was a perfect first visit for our teenager who enjoyed the large pool and home away from home feel. We have already booked to visit again. If you are thinking about a villa stay look no further than O Villas.

Tucked away down a secluded lane, O Villas exceeded our expectations. Originally due to go in 2020 we had waited 3 years and it was excellent. Probably about 15 minutes (easy) walk from Seminyak Square and 20 from the beach, the villa was spacious and had everything you need. Our villa had 4 big rooms, comfy beds, air con, lots of water, great pool, lifts into town, etc. The facilities were a little bit tired (pool shower not working) but this is Bali, not The Savoy! Best of all was the people! All of the staff were cheerful, friendly and really helpful. The ladies who cooked breskfast were excellent, but special mention to Tommy, Ketut and Argus (apols for the spellings) who made our stay so easy, happy and enjoyable. Recommended. No brainer.

Hi, Thankyou for your message. There is a kitchenette in our 1 Bedroom Villa and also outdoor cooking facilities on the terrace. All rooms can be closed off from the outside and are airconditioned. The pool is on the lower level and there is fencing and gate at top of stairs which can be closed to prevent your son from going down to the pool area.
